After swimming for 1000m, I have totally exhausted.... :(
Although I went to bed at 12:00 yesterday, I still feel very sleepy....

Day-dreamed in CBC. Actually Prof. Wong teaches well, and I really appreciate his handwriting, very beautiful!
I just don't know why I fail to focus well.

ELT, chuck and sentence stress, okay la.

Translation tutorial. Today's exercises were all about scientists and scientific investigation~hahaaa

Go to bed at 3:00am again.... This time not for revision nor lab reports, I was the one to blame. I could have finished the notes-making-word much earlier.

Get up at 8:30 in the morning, I was very very sleepy.
Follow-up lab.
It is sad to know that there were still 8 mothers remaining in 100000 cell/mL cup; while the 300000 cell/mL still had 3 mothers surviving.
And for the 100000/mL cup, we got 91 new born!! :o

Finish the lab at 9:50, very quick, wait for Evenly and 阿月then left together.
Arrive church at 11:45, was able to participate in part of the sermon.=]

Sunday school, very sleepy....

Take-away lunch @「飯堂 」.
Choir practice in the afternoon, not many people joined.
Very sleepy...lI don't actually know what I sung.


Go to Tom Lee to buy powder paper, cloth and 紗布for Daydrew. The salesperson told me the all the items had been sold out.
(two moths ago, when I asked them, they said the goods would arrived in 2-week=time ..=.='')
Go to IKEA to buy a cushion as the hostel chair is very hard and sitting there for whole 5 hours is definitely a little punishment.

Suddenly realized that I have left my lab coat in church.
Of course, rushed back to church. But when I arrived, I found that the door and gate had been lock...:(

Need to go back to Kowloon Bay to get it back tomorrow before going back to FEG..... Ah!! How could I be soooooooooooooooo absent-minded!!

Headaches attacks after home. So sleepy now....

I didn't see my roommate return last night. (she told me this morning that she was back at 2:00 sth la~)

Interpretation mid-term.
I didn't worry coz you just can't have any preparation for that.
Missy is really kind! She gave each of us a sheet of comments about our sight translation on Vivi. Tam script last Sat.
Most of us in my row got A- ar, I wonder did I did that good?

Sight translation part was so far so good. Don't know the street names and association name in English la.
Consecutive for English to Chinese was very easy but the Chinese to English one was challenging.
The Chinese one is a clip about the new grading method of HKCEE Chinese Language subject. It's funny to have「奪命四式」and other subtle wordings translated~hahaa

Go to Diamond hill and had my lunch in Plaza Hollywood.
Then have my first tutorial with思溢.
It was a pleasant time~=]
It's lucky that the materials I prepared for today fit what he's learning now.

Flute lesson after tutorial.
Serious headache. I thought my head gonna explode!><

Back home and took a nap, feeling much better now.
Back to hostel again as I have follow-up lab tomorrow....=.=''

I have brought mum's soup with me la~hee
But she gave me such a large bottle that I don't think I can finish it tonight ar!

Go to bed at 4:30am, new record broken again!!!
三點幾開始勁頭痛，唔係點温到，望住自己寫既notes睇係得對眼望lor，個腦完全malfunction....
謝謝你陪左我咁耐ar!=]

有點精神緊張，經常對住份notes講話我唔要再温唔要考mid-term，不過都係發洩下jei。
好耐無見過五揀一既MC lu，感覺上d題目好tricky下，希望13題入面最少啱8題la~~
Calculation of life-table data o個還以吧~因為Tutorial做過條很類似的題目。但是能否用Mathematical approach去解釋點解population growth rate slows down就唔清楚喇，Good luck to myself la.
希望我可以reach到mean or in the worst case- a mere pass la

Go to swimming pool to get back my PE suits.
Follow-up lab
Have many baby Monia hatched la~^^
And one cup of Monia(mother) died. Some groups even had all of the Monia died! Soooo good!
Under current situation, I don’t think skipping next week's lab would be possible. Maggie and I feel like killing the Monia so that our experiments do not need to continue....

Reluctant to get up in the morning.... The idea of skipping ELT did flashed in my mind but I don't think having 2 more hours can revise a lot Ecology la, so I chose to attend lesson.

Sentence stress, quite difficult! Need more practice la.

CBC lecture. More people appeared for Prof. Wong's section~:p
Physical chem comes back again... Electronic potential, Redox, reversible eqt....><
But all these are much better than amino acid sequencing la.

Swimming lesson
Sit on the pool side and hea.
Quick lunch at Snack Bar then went to Parkin' Shop. Finally bought my breakfast la! Tomorrow I can have a normal breakfast lu~good! ^^
Some sweets were bought as well; they are useful in cheering myself up during revision la.

Back to hostel and started revision. So many pages have to be covered, notes still not counted!!Help~~~><
‘Unlimited’ content but lack time.... How am I going to make it?
I don't want my first term below mean ar....

Practise flute for a break. Not performing well today and seems I have a sore throat.
Just hope that I will only fall sick after all my mid-terms.

Will go to Shaw Lane with Ivy tonight.
But before that, let me finish all the textbook content first. I know I am screwing my Ecology mid-term up, still I want miracle to happen in the last minute ma.

P.S. Suddenly realize that I have left my PE shirts in Swimming pool changing room tim…. So absentminded!

As titled, it sucks!!!

Ecology lesson, Prof covered many slides today....
I just kept taking photos of the ppt.

Follow-up lab. No new born for my dearest Monia.
June's group's Monia 好生養呀，many many babies for those 3 cups.
Luckily, despite the zero reproductive rate, all other aspects are good. No mother die today, the no. are exactly the same as yesterday’s, great!
Hope to see some new born tomorrow la.

Lunch with Zac, Ella, Elco and Ada@Franklin

So tired during the first part of translation lesson, I couldn't concentrate well.
It's interesting to do the exercises, but some of the words are difficult to determine to choose which meaning fit.
I agree with what Prof. He said, ‘Translation is about making subtle choices’
That's true. I hope I can improve in future.

Wanna practice flute ga, but found the music room was being occupied when I went down. So went to CC lib directly instead.

Spent 2 hours on making notes for today's lecture, still not yet finished....
Dinner at CC can, then back to CC Lib.
Ooh! I kept dozing off and couldn't really read the book!!><
I gave up an hour later and switched to find some Chi. Exercise for my first tutorial with a boy on Sat.

Back to hostel, started my revision late.
My roommate, Panda, seemed didn't sleep lei. When I went to bed at about 2:30am she was not back, when I woke up this morning at7:00, she's revising for marketing mid-term. Wish her good luck!

Life is just a mess!

Get up at 9:00 in the morning, practise flute and then 出grammar exercises.

Never felt good about follow-up lab. No new born for those 3 cups of Monia and all died in 10000cell/mL one. We have to do it all over again, sucks!

Back to hostel, took a 20-minute-nap and then working on my Ecology notes again.

Tutorial again.
Sometimes I feel very frustrated. I tried hard but no response from my student.
I can understand how much he hates English, I try to find some short passages that maybe interesting to him and be task-orientated so that he needs to memorize less.
But whenever I ask him to do some exercise at his spare time or revise some grammar items, I know what the answer I would get from him, 'I will never do it'
It's discouraging!
Why should I care about he does the exercise or not? It doesn't really relate to me.
And it's strange that I care and worry more about his CE than he does, it just sucks. Why tears fall down when I can't find or think of some interesting methods to help? It's not my fault. The whole thing is a mess; I'm not capable of solving it. Things get too demanding and complicated to me.
I must learn to less concern less about him. I have my study to concentrate.
Mum said there was great satisfaction if he finally showed improvement.
But I simply want to give up. I want to be normal.
Why can't my student like my pals' students? Just a bit more incentive in study and have response would be great! Is that already too demanding?

Back home. It's always nice to be at home.
Tonight's ‘Grey's Anatomy’ is tight! I’m Lovin it!! ^^

Okay, time to summarize my notes again. Still haven't revise for Ecology, ooh dear....

From 10:30am to 10:30 PM NON-STOP!!!
It's tiring!

Go to bed at 11:00 something yesterday. Originally, I intended to do some revision on Ecology, but no sooner had I open my notes than I dozed off.
So I decided to go to bed directly la~:p

Get up at 7:45 today. Still feel very sleepy....:(
I walked to the MTR station la, seems that MTR is a more secure way to go to Kowloon Tong than mini-bus la.

Back to hostel so early, 9:30 ja!
Took a rest on my bed and when I woke up, it's already 10:35!!Ooh!!!
Run to Lady Shaw la, arrived at 10:45 and missed the first part of enzyme.
But I don't think I have missed a lot, coz anyway I have never able to understand his teaching....

We were asked to do a survey about our scientific knowledge.
As we are the first year university students being taught by the new science syllabus since we're F.1.
The questions were extremely DIFFICULT!
I jaw dropped when I saw the first question—
What is science?

I doubt whether it is a philosophical question or not….

Others are not testing our scientific knowledge as well.
Luckily I have studied AL Econ and able to answer some of them.
e.g. Can a theory become a law? What is a law? Give an example. What is a theory? Give an example. What is a model?

Some questions are CLC-like.
Do you think scientist use imagination or creativity? In what stage do you think they use them? Give an example.
(For those who studied CLC, most of us wrote about the Benzene ring structure thought by a German scientist when he was sleeping~hahaa)
What is the relationship between science, technology and society?
Do you think scientific development involves society, political, and morality?Or is it independent? Give an example.

These questions are very very difficult. Luckily it is a survey not a graded assignment/quiz. Otherwise majority of us won't get a pass la.

After the lesson, go to 女工to buy a 菜肉包then go to translate tutorial lu.
Our hw is to translate a very short passage which is very chem-orientated~hahaa
It talks about the highly reactive chromium and aluminum lei!
I think of Vivien when I saw the passage~:p

Swimming lesson.
Some mosquito kissed me la.... Itchy! ><

Then rush to ITSC to have a rehearsal of our presentation.
Late for tutorial.
I think listing to my classmates'presentation benefits more than having Prof.'s lectures. Perhaps I was not able to receive message form him directly la.

After last time unexpected comment, today's comment is much more STUNNING

It's really UNBELIVELABLE!!!:o

After tutorial, go to FEG meeting.
So many Fujitsu laptops there~wow!

又三點才睡了…….下星期一定要乖乖的早點睡才行。

遲了起牀，幸好把手機校早了十五分鐘響鬧，按熄它再醒來時也只是8:06，剛剛趕得及回教會

係個人唔清醒既情況下要自己一個人唱女聲真係有d壓力，幸好沒出錯，只是聲音有點震吧!
姍姍要上浸禮班，我俟shift去alto幫手，我其實喜歡唱alto多過soprano~hahaaa

很累，但幸好沒有恰眼瞓~hee

從Elain口中得悉他們上課逸事，中學生活的確很令人懷念。
Elanie話Lukluk出好左F.6第一份Bio test既卷lu，
想起他總是跟我們說卷子很淺、又想到發測驗卷前他總愛「投訴」我地最高分的同學也不過60%(AL C唔到ga wor)、mean低過50%..........
這一切一切也令人懷念………
大學mid-term，沒有prof.會「投訴」我地既成績，原來畀人鬧都係種褔氣黎ga!

還有英文功課，elaine說她有很多還沒完成。加油呀!
我好想做同英文有關既功課ar!點解ELT無功課ga??

主日學quiz，題目因着人數既增加而不停地shift~hahaa

Class work #1 today.

For sight-translation, English to Chi was okay but Chi to English one just crap!><
For consecutive, it is much easier for today's clips. Missy cut the clips into shorter phrases every time. It's easier to catch up with.
Mid-term next Sat. Pretty nervous, but that's not much I can do at the moment. Cramping cannot be applied to languages la.

Good that I do not need to stay behind!
Go back to hostel to pack my stuff than go home lu. Lunch@McDonald's.

Take a 2-hour-nap. Refreshed, but I still want more sleep.
Tight schedule tonight. Have to practise flute, then search for CBC present (on Mon!!) and better revise some Ecology before I go to bed.


Phew~~ U-life is absolutely not easy.
I struggle; at the same time I grumble. And life will then go on.
Difficulties pass and new challenges come, it's a cycle.
So I'll strive on and things will turn better some days. At least, I am urging myself to believe that is true~hahaaa

If I happen to complaint the same thing again and again in front of you, I apologize for that in here first.
But do spare me your ears; I just need some emotional support.
