Back a bit late today la (coz the lab tech told me no need to go back so early ga wor)
Still having nothing to do.
小梅(帶我既PhD student)is busy making ppt as she have rehearsal with Prof. Ke in the afternoon, so she doesn't have time give me some tasks and I had better not disturb her la.

Having nothing to do simply sit there is nothing surprise. So I bring my laptop and revise the sharing la.
Before that I jot down the procedures for cell culture, re-call my memory when it is still fresh. I guess I don't miss out some point…gwa?!
Spend the whole morning for the new version, I guess this one focus more on my changes instead of describing what I had done in the past.

Learn what is MTT in the afternoon. Have to wait 4 hours for treatment before adding another chemical.
We start at 2:00p.m., in this case, I can only leave after 6:00p.m....
Will that happen again tomorrow and on Fri? I have private tutorial at 6:00p.m. wor....><

But what really worry me is that I don't have time to practise flute now. However, I am taking this exam this Aug/Sept. What should I do???

June is really not a good month.

After years of struggle, I eventually opened a new blog last week.
Coz showhappy's is quite unstable ar and it is quite trouble to add photos or any effects to the entries.

June is definitely not a good month this year (not just because of the FYP ge). So perhaps a new start would help boost me up a bit.
I'll still keep this diary, coz it is where I start. But i think blogspot would be much colorful la.
Hope you guys would like it.

Back to lab on time but no one is in the lab so have to wait for a while (coz I don't have the key card in hand.
When Jim (lab tech and also hu bio 好多年前既師兄la) comes back, he gives my key card to me, now 我隨時都有門口入lu (provided that I don't forget to bring along the card with me~hahaa)

Finish the last paper before others come back, but I don't really get what it means.

There is a visiting RA in our lab, she is actually a doctor specialist in eyes. She is nice and friendly. But I still don't know the mechanism in China, why she is already a doctor and have been working for while, then she went back to school to further her studies, after graduated, she would still be a doctor only (instead of doing research)
So strange....

Watch how to add drug to the cell. That’s the learning point of the morning.
In the afternoon, still don't have anything to do, so I write the intro part for sharing la.
When I am reading the previous files, suddenly my USB hang and all the data in the file 'FYG' has lost!!:O Including the latest ones….><
Can’t retrieve the files, 灰左....Luckily I have back up at home. But can’t gives the files to Jenny tonight la.
At around 4:00, have the chance to watch cell culture demonstration lu.
It is quite similar to gen mic lab in some sense ge, but have to be more careful la.
I hope I will remember all the procedures well, coz later I need to do it by myself la.

Leave at 6:15p.m., definitely late for the meeting la….
Sorry to Fung, Kei, Joling and Jenny la.
Wa~ we finally have the final deadline la! It is on Wed!!!
Soooo many things to be done, 真係辛苦晒Jenny日日要金精火眼咁睇、fung去旅行前都要趕工、祁好偉大地combine我地各人既零碎data、joling要摺埋係青協~M相....似乎得我最得閒ja wor…..(不過要返lab無辦法la,真係辛苦晒大家)

返到屋企11點半，好攰好攰。不過聽日要繼續早起，要快d shift返去返學mode。

Lunch@錦, Japanese food again!
But of course better than yesterday's one la~:p

Choir practice, we have 外援today!hahaa
She is 鍾姑娘classmates of the music diploma course, singing alto la.
~ 3 hours, pretty long.
Go to Yamasaki to buy a load of bread, time to start again my 包包meal as school resumes. Buy a cheese cake as well, for farewell to my summer holiday la!
Back home and practise flute but just for a very short time.
I don’t know why when I take a breath and start to play, no matter which notes I play, I cough ><

O.... I still have 2.5 papers to read!

下了這麼多天的雨，終於都放晴了。

Not having very good sleep last night but sleep very well when approaching morning!
Thus, I wake a very late again....

Practise flute for a very short period of time. Coz 鼻敏感suddenly attack, my nose is very very itchy and reddened.

Thanks sing for coming and fix the computers for me.

Flute lesson, many things have to take care in order to play a song well.

Should start reading the papers tonight!

:::::: Last day of my summer vacation :::::::

Finally finish writing the speech.
Have no inspiration at all in first place. Thanks Vivien for your reference and Tony sir for you message left in the Graduation Book of my year.

3 years ago, I have no special feeling about the above statements. Years later, when I read it again, it just speaks my heart.
My world only has 21 years of history; and 15 years was in MSC.
This school and people there (except Kuby la) really mean a lot to me.

Wake by the phone, dad said he has lost the key.
Have to get the key to the store. Have the ex. copied there then go to BOC to have the money deposited and change my account to i-free.
Takes a long time though there are not many people there.
The staff who served me were also biology major when she was in uni, but not form CU la~haha

Take away McDonald's for lunch.
Practise flute after taking a nap. Have to learn to relax myself.
It looks easy but difficult to relax my fingers in face of the tightly packed notes and rhythm.

Private tutorial.
I really like triangles and angles la~haha

Dine out tonight. Wait so long for the dishes to come....
But the Chinese dessert is great!

Today is the last day of my summer vacation la.
Gonna start lab on Mon! Add oil ada.

Watch movie with Vivien, Queenie, Jessie and Mandy.
Long time no see some of you la!
Long time no watch movie too!

I didn't watch Night at the Museum 1 but still enjoy very much of the second one.
Really there is no plot of story but the gagssss are real fun!
Lots of laughter in the cinema!

Lunch at KFC.
That $19.8 set 好抵ar!
Long chat there, nice =]

Then head for tutorial.
I like teaching maths; weird, isn't it?
Coz I was once so afraid of and weak in maths, why I like tutoring maths then?!
But still, my favorite is still English and Bio~hahaa

Back home at 9:30p.m., so hungry.
Not in very good mood (trigger by the bad weather?). I don’t understand why I still can’t put that down...why I still have that missing feeling....

P.S. Thanks Vivien for your paper B-day cake!!
You must have spent a lot of time on it, thanks sooooooooo much! It is delicately made! ( though it is a bit difficult to keep, I really like it!)

Get up at 8:00a.m., take a bath and then sleep again~:p
Not until 12:00 did I start practicing flute. Have to be more careful about the start and end of each bar.

Cook myself noodle for lunch. After feeding myself, I finally make up my mind sitting in front of the computer to construct the speeches.
My progress is slow. Only finish one after 2-hour-work dze.
This is of course due to my laziness la. When I was in F.6 & 7, I could write ~800 word in double lesson la.
Now only write 500 in 2-hour-time.
不為也，非不能也。

Chat with Ceci on msn about our sem result.
She did make great improvement!!! With 3 majors getting A-!
To keep this on, you can definitely enter medical school to pursuit your dream a year later! Add oil ar!
I of course feel happy for my classmate, at the same time I am sad for myself.
I can't help crying....
I have no one to blame for such a bad result. It is my own fault la, I should have revise in those 2 weeks, no matter how bad my mood is, I shouldn't put my studies aside.
Even I might not be讀得入腦under such circumstances, if I took up my notes, at least I could build a rough idea in my mind.
It is useless to cry over split milk, I know it! But...it is always easier to say than to ack.

Leave home a bit early to Plaza Hollywood to buy B-day gift for Panda.
But her present is 'missing'! (probably sold out la)
A bit disappointed. Go to 新之城 at MK and eventually buy a Stitch mirror. Hope she likes it la.
Buy 3 small cones of ice-cream there, only costs $10 and there are many tastes for you to choose from!
I specially like the peach yoghurt taste la.
Enjoying my ice-cream, I head down to MTR to join others.

Dinner at 西門町, we do not need to queue, so nice! I remember when I had my B-day dinner last year, we waited for ~45 mins to have a seat lei!
We are so lucky today.

We then shift to McDonald's to continue our discussion. Actually it is more like chit-chat in stead of discussion. I like the atmosphere. Hope we have a great group!

Get up at 7:30a.m. 媽咪係咁催我，我約左佢飲茶嘛。
Back to CU to get the info about 精神健康大使 as I am not available for the re-scheduled briefing session, I am quite surprised that Ms Hui recognize me wor.
I just get the schedule, actually need not go back specially for that la.
Never mind, I have nothing to do actually.
Then go to CC lib looking for suitable tutorial materials. Back home around 1:00p.m.

Take a really good nap. (very bad sleeping quality last night la, 驚到醒左唔敢瞓返！)
Practise flute, I don’t think I have much sense of what my tone is and the skills to maintain my own tone.

I am very nervous tonight as it is the day for releasing result.
I keep opening outlook windows every half an hour. Really really anxious!
Panda msn me that the result had been released but I received nothing in CU mailbox wor!
Go to RGS and check, no 'traffic jam' la.
Argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!><
Physi and Physi lab's results drop a lot!!><
Last term I got A- for both physi and physi lab ga ma, this time I only got B and B+ respectively....
I am very very DISAPPOINTED!
Though out of my expectation that my poor anatomy and lab got A-!! :o
Legal trans is within expectation la, B+ (thanks to the small class size!)
And PTH, luckily, got an A (but it constitutes only 1 credit, have no prominent effect on the overall grade la)
I open an excel file, entering my grades for each sub so to calculate my major GPA.
There is no chance for me to graduate with 2nd honor upper division la....frustrated.
I regret not working hard when I was year 1 la, makes my major GPA soooooo badly!!><

Mum asked why didn't I get 7 A/A-....=.='' (我讀七科)
我都想...不過大學真係唔係小學咁,個個學期都攞13/4個A返黎lor
She said if I work harder, I can achieve that.
I don't think so. It is impossible!

Thinking of my lab in June, I am even more frustrated.

Get up at ten. When practicing flute, suddenly realize today is the deadline for applying CC mentorship program.
Finish the 2 required compo immediately! (deadline真係可以將一個人既濳能發揮出黎ga!)

去行政樓交form，遇見GS既阿sam，不過佢唔認得我ga la，所以都無叫佢，而且而家一見到佢，就會諗起組媽的故事，人真係會有幾面，到底眼前既人係咪你認識開既o個一個?
呢樣野令我好疑惑ga。

返宿執野。好趕好趕，最後"�"睇停o切係deadline前pack好兩袋紅白藍攞去寄存。
其實我一早執好晒d野ga la，不過要等洗衫再乾埋pack入袋，呢樣野最費時。
因為臨近quit宿期，個個都攞晒ｄ衫呀、被呀去洗（我都係其中一個~:p），洗衫房好熱鬧，洗衣機同乾衣機做到無停手。
又遇見住3/F既醫科生ar，仲好記得第一次係五高想洗衫，係1/F~M唔到洗衫房，撞左入去電腦房見到佢係度對住一堆notes同本A&P温書，
我無辦法下問人洗衫房係邊……真係好瘀ga!
估唔到最後一次quit宿又見到wor (我估佢唔記得左o個件事ga la)，不過今次好有進步la，因為再無瘀事發生~哈哈

同Panda一齊走，咁就同我住左兩年既703正式講拜拜了。
Alice原來被人派左去五低，咁我到底appeal五高定五底好?
我真係唔鍾意女宿ga（雖然我都唔知點解），但我好鍾意alice嘛! 點解唔可以畀我地三個一齊wor……:(

返到屋企又係執野時間，仲未執好張枱，好想快ｄ執好，有個好環境畀自己開始FYP既生活，不過執野同dum野實在太難la!
雖然近日ada已經狠心左好多，好多野都親呢排捨得就通通dum左佢，但依然有好多野想留住……
Ada呀ada,你幾時先學識「放手」呀?

最後一晚係703瞓了，有點不捨得，不過能夠住到2年宿，識到２個咁好既同房,都很幸運了。

睡得不太好，瞓下醒下。
係med can食左個早餐後就上lab喇。
得lab tech係度ja，其他人都未返到，lab tech話估唔到我真係講得出做得到wor(佢以為我係咁以應承返黎搬lab la?)
我從來都唔鍾意自己遲到ge，而且返lab都係自己責任嘛，應該準時ge。
就算我無咁既心，話晒都係第一日返lab，梗加唔應該遲la，have a good start嘛。

Lab tech都唔駛我點搬野，覺得有點無奈，好想有ｄcontribution ar!
後來落左新lab幫手抺櫃同枱，好多塵呀！(我呢排真係成日抺野同dum野)
之後有task做la，就係張ｄchemicals跟alphabetical order擺入櫃。
識到"�"牚rad既hu bio students ar，問左fiona okay多野，希望無煩到人la。

Prof. Ke請食Lunch，partner lab既lab tech, Prof. Yung同M.Phil students都有一齊。
哈哈~帶我的M.Phil student讚我的普通話不錯呢! 都有少少開心ga。
不過我知道我既會話其實問題多多，就好似成日都混淆舌尖同舌面音。

Prof. Yung問我讀邊間中學，我答民生書院。
跟住佢話：「我係你師兄wor」
Wa~it is really a small small world!!!
(不過都覺得ok大壓力，一個你既師師兄係隔離lab既Prof,仲要出年會教我wor~)
好在我唔係跟佢lab jei~haha
不過佢好好人la。

下晝繼續搬lab。
一個lab真係有好多redundant既野，d apparatus甚至係d機都n年無用.......=.=''
但買返黎又好貴ga wor。
我下晝其實function無乜，係排好ｄcatalogue 同抺下野，因為真係唔識要點set d機攞去邊。
我最早走la，因為無野幫到手，Prof. Ke叫我早d返去，咁就返左去宿，到我搬自己野走lu。
係lobby度貼左來年住宿名單，我榜上無名一早預左，但alice同brian都無?! How come!
Natalie話蕭世同佢講，因為畀freshmen既宿位由以往既30%增加至40%，所以宿分高左好多，我好想appeal成功ar，不過都打定輸數了。

終於搬走晒要搬走既野lu，聽日返去洗埋ｄ被同牀單，就正式同兩年既五高生活say goodbye la! I gonna miss those days....
