I really like the starry night, it's peaceful and beautiful.
When I was tired of setting the idioms paper for思溢, I went down to 1/F to hang the washed cloths and have a break.
It did make me feel better.=]

Get up at 9:30 this morning. Occasionally day-dreamed during Ecology lesson.
Early lunch with Amy and 阿月@李慧珍, it was a nice meal.
黃念恩博士was sitting opposite to us and reading 學生報, wonder what she was thinking~hahaa

Back to hostel and continue my idiom paper, only finished half of it. Then grasped half an hour for a nap.

2:30書通. I have asked the staff for leaving 15 mins earlier for next week lecture. She said I had to provide them with the documents that prove I was invited to my school’s Speech day before Fri.
Procudures for 15-min-early-leave is very trouble la!!><

I didn't pay full attention in書通, occasionally dozed off.
What I learnt today was a German sentence by Jean Paul, ‘ Fachmann ist auf seineum Gebietein Esel’
It has much wisdom in it!
STOT, each of us introduced one of our collections. It'
s nice.

Early dinner@ CC can with Mable, Tommy and Alan.
Back to hostel and found that someone was studying in the MUSIC room. Neither one of us had booked the room, so it is distributed by first come first served basis.
What I don't understand is we have a study room in hostel ar, why don't use the study room!?

Tasks of the following days:
- Group report discussion part
- Idiom paper
- ELT individual interview(graded) on Mon
- Eco poster presentation on Wed

Not very busy but have to start preparing the final la!

Get up at 7:30 with my tired body.
Last ELT lecture…. I can't tell you exactly what I have learnt, there are so many rules for reduction, contraction, connected speech, sentence stress, emphasis, tone etc. What I am able to remember is just a very small part. But to me this ELT course has brought a new experience in learning English, things I have not learnt throughout the past years~=]
I really enjoy the time! ^^
And Prof. Freeman is really a nice person~hee

Go to ITSC to print my lab report out. Couldn't finger out the way of making a evenly distributed x-axis, Elco didn’t know either. Thanks my ELT mate (Ohoo~ I have forgotten her name!!) who is a year 2 student in Food Sci for helping us solve the problem.

CBC lesson, I didn't doze off despite the lack of sleep, just day-dreamed sometimes.
Early lunch@Snack bar, then went to Park’n shop to buy my breakfast.

Back to hall and construct the graphs using Office 2007, finished it within 20 minutes, great! Visit ITSC again to print the 2-page-graph out.

Last lab session in Sem 1.
Get back one of the previous lab reports. A new LOWEST record—4.79/6!
Maggie said chief demonstrator had 改得緊左 and told me that my mark was not bad when compared to others.
I know the proportion for lab report's mark was not a patch on the lab exam, I simply want the thing to be more rewarding jei. As each time everyone of us really put a lot effort in doing it.

Last lab was to observe male guppies' behavior towards the visual, actual presence of female guppy.
Chief dem. Told us that we couldn't take away the guppies after lab this time as some of them had skin disease. Perhaps due to the above reason, the males were not very interested in females
Amy said, 'perhaps they are gey'~hahaaaa
This explanation is funny but not scientific.

Ohoo~I am really a mathematics 'handicap' girl ! :(

Back to hostel and practice flute. Someone was practicing French horn there even I have booked the room.
I do think it is bad to ask him out so I just asked whether he would me disturbing him. It turned out that we shared the room for 45 mins la.

原本打算跟宿出去食宵ga，但估唔到舍音盃12:30先完，雖然我好肚餓(要dem返個肚餓beat先~:p)，但都好攰，所以都係返宿lu。
開學以黎，每次有機會食宵我都去唔到…………………..希望下次okay la。

I am the earliest one to go to bed last night and the earliest to get up this morning, much normal than yesterday la. Anyway, some sort of improvement la.

But I don’t know why I STILL DOZED OFF in Eco lesson…. It's not boring wor!!
Prof. Wong finally said he would upload the ppt to WebCT for us! hahaaa
But I would still copy the ppt content to my notes la, writing it help revising the content gei. Though I would forget about that in 2-3 days…..=.=''

小思老師坐係對住counter既位呀! I really love reading her books and writings. And after watching her interviews on TV (by RTHK), her voice is very appealing.
It’s like listening to stories~ =]

After lunch, ‘sneak’ to have a rest in ULib.

TRA lesson, great~
I really like Prof. He's teaching. And today’s lecture part was so biological!
It talks about motor neurone, sensory neurone, language faculty…. Many many parts related to the brain~hee

Back to hostel and start with my lab report.
The max page is 2 and we are required to have 1.5 line spacing!
How can we answered 3 questions plus doing introduction, result, conclusion and reference parts in such a limited space!?

Have much difficulties in plotting graph, thanks anthony for you help! =]

First time to be there, the food is quite good la, still not dare to try the curry there, I just think it would be to spicy for me~:p

Walk a long long way back to hostel. I have never tried that route before, but it’s nice to walk in such a nice weather~ ^^

I finally give up the page limit thing la, just let it be, I have tried my very best to make everything as short as possible, not much I can do la…..

Tomorrow still have 8:30 ELT, should sleep now.

Can't go back home tomorrow tim! (My student wanted to have tutorial at 7:00 wor, that’s mean it would probably end at 9:00…. It's too late la)

琴晚見到好多星星ar，好靚ar~~=]

原本打算整晒Eco notes先瞓ga，但去到三點中鐘，望住個電腦係咁恰，剩返3張slides，但都係去瞓先lu。

I was the latest to go to bed last night earliest to get up this morning!!
Go down to practice flute, still couldn’t do highest C’s 震音。

Back to hostel
Make my first meal in hostel!!
Have Udon and dumplings for lunch la~ ^^
After today’s experience, I had better bring some ingredients like sugar, salt to hostel la, how can I forget such an important thing?!

TRA group assignment discussion.
Subtle decisions are very very DIFFICULT to make!
Choose of words and deciding whether to write the implicit meaning in the source text explicitly in target text or not, construction of sentences…..
It's difficult and has to think in detail.
It's really a loooong process. A ~1300 word passage used 2 hours to finalize it!
(Please note that we have done our part of work before and proofread one of our group mates work already….)

Then took a nap, after promoting to university, it's my first time to take a 30-min-nap in weekdays lei! ^^

Finish my Eco notes finally.
Tonight it would be great if I can finish the lab report~kee

Dinner time, I have to have my dinner alone again….
My roommate has to 傾pro lei…..

Anyway, glad that all the presentation of CBC has come to an end.

Receive my last time graded class work comment sheet la, only got a B+. It is better than my expectation ga la, coz I thought I really suck in the two sight translations.
However, I really want an A- at least….
(P.S. Same for ELT, my graded assignment 3 about the weather report again got only 3 Excellent and 3 Good which gave me a B+, just to bad.
The marks I got was not equivalent to the time I invested in it la~><

Did much better in sight trans and consecutive today. Today we use Putonghua for the both translation instead of Cantonese. Even the whole teaching was conducted in Putonghua, it's okay la.

It's good that we I back to hostel and get my clothes, they had all dried. Thanks for the warm sunshine we have today la~

Back home and took a short break as 思溢had a training class to attend so he can't have the tutorial la.

Back home and recite the dialogue for ELT. The drama we're going to do in class account for 20% of the final grade, just can't afford to screw it up.
I DON'T want to get only a B grade for ELT ar!

Much work to do tonight, very sleepy now but still have to finish reading two journals and finalize TRA individual assignment before I can go to bed. Sign.....

Made the Eco notes until 4:00am this EARLY morning....
隻手抄到起左個水泡ar!!><
A two-lesson-lecture with 30 slides caused me 3 hours to copy the notes form the powerpoint photos.....sign.
So tired in the morning, wanna skip classes but you know, I never had the courage to do so~hahaaa
But dozed off during Ecology lesson, it sucks!!><

Rush to assembly. (thanks for SMS me the good news~=] )
Today guest speaker is the former head of police force, Li Ming-kwai. He is really really tall!

Rev. Ng made a VERY BROKEN gag at the end of the assembly.
A ‘metaphor’ about wedding ceremony, that the groom waiting for the bride..... What he really want to say is ask us not to step on the grass of嶺南場as they are newly planted.
But NO ONE could understand his gag and turned out we all broke into laughter because of that.

College general education—Ethics in IT
It was boring, and over 2/3 of the students in the lecture fell asleep.
I dosed off for the first 20 minutes la.
Later on, Prof. Wong even put down the mic and spoke by his bear voice, perhaps he saw too many of us was sleeping la.

Go to CC Lib to do Lib Ex. and searching for suitable materials of F.5 English.
But couldn't find any for the later, and about the questions in Lib Ex., still have one question don't know the answer.

Tutorial with文銳
Finish 'Grammar Handout' today lu. Next time will go for Biology.
The whole syllabus lei! Somehow like an intensive course, it won't be as difficult as teaching language but I'm kinda nervous.

Back home and have dinner then back to hostel.
I have no idea how to do CBC presentation><

Finish two formal invitation letter within 30 minutes. I don't think the content is good, and perhaps they are kinda 頽 but I really don't have time to make a better one la. Sorry ar....

I was very sleepy last light, originally I have to finish proofreading my group mate's work but I finally gave up after browsing half and went to bed.
Reluctant to get up this morning…. But finally get up at 9:00 la.
Still felt a bit tired in Eco lesson. But much better than the previous ones. Just day-dreamed in about 2 slides jei.
Prof Wong said that we were far behind schedule....What?! He already teaches quickly and it’s hard for doing all the follow up work after every lesson.

Lunch@ NA can with Elco and 超.
Discussing the Eco poster presentation. The schedule is really really tight!
And our journal is not easy; time is needed to invest on it.

I took a break before translation lesson la.
Finally my lab coat is back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Miss you sooooooooo much!!! ^^

Practise flute after lesson. Much better than previous days la.
6:30 went to attend 冬營膳食meeting to discuss the recipes for the 4-day-camp.
Ham, sausages, fish balls are really popular! kakakaaaa

Soooooooooooooooooo many tasks to do, my relaxing week has said goodbye to me silently….
1. TRA assignment 3 due on Mon!
2. CBC tutorial (that's presentation) on Mon, but tutorial has NOT yet posted the question on WebCT……
3. CC Library online assignment also due on Mon
4. TRA group project due on Wed
5. Eco journal reading, due next week
6. Ecology Lab tomorrow and lab reportS (have to write 2 reports this time) due next Fri
7. Ecology group lab report due next next Mon

Plus I’m fully occupied from Friday night onwards..... I wonder how I could finish these taskssssssssssssssssssssssssss.....
I wish I were a superwoman!

Life since my lab coat left me has been ‘harsh’…..
Always forget to bring things and is very absent-minded!
Ohoo…my dearest lab coat, when will you be back????

Get up at 9:00 this morning and skipped flute practice. Just not in the mood.
But I didn’t waste the time ga, I went to jot Eco notes instead.

Follow-up lab with Maggie.
It is the most efficient day. We finish it in an hour.
But my eyes were dry today, have little difficulties in focusing on the microscope.

Then went to ULib to photo-copy the journal.
Come across Ryan, long time no see la! Nice chit-chat~=]
Glad to hear that he’ll go back this Sun as well~hee

Back to hostel and finish my part of translation. Then took a short nap before tutorial.
The first hour was for maths, luckily I didn’t forget how to calculate quadratic equation jei….

Have congee for dinner tonight. Back to CU at 8:30, very tired lu.

自從上星期漏左件Lab coat係NAH之後一直都揾唔返.........
灰到.........=.=''
今日去department同埋誠明館問埋，都無呀!!><
Wa~~件lab coat着左2年好有感情ga ma……..

仲要唔見左lab coat之後諸事不順呀!
去親洗衫都要行2,3轉先得，又成日唔記得帶野...........lab coat呀lab coat，你到底係邊ar?真係好掛住你!!!

今日派返biochem mid-term，勁低分……(prof.畀分已經勁鬆手ga la)
我得68/100，有過半數人70 or above，4個人94以上ar!!
點解d人可以咁屈機ga…..
雖然同時有4個人炒左，但我覺得我咁既分數有機會係E+ d friend wor…..(心情跌至谷底喇……….)

因為上晒游水堂，今日2:15後就空堂lu。
去左百佳買d野食同入錢交卡數(上次竟然錯入左去附屬卡個account度.......=.='')跟住就返宿la

落去琴房練左個半鐘笛，好滿足。
不過上加5線既C既震音仲係做唔到........:(


返左宿整手工同錄weather report既tapes(ELT 2nd graded assignment)~hee
之後同Panda係cc can食飯，開學以黎第一次ja!! 可惜alice要傾pro黎唔到丫........

返宿繼續縫我既蛋糕，好耐無整過手工la!
忙左2,3個星期，畀自己放恣一日咁多la~keee
(雖然聽日係自己set既group trans exchange partner proofread既deadline…..:p)
不過我都有繼續錄個weather report ga，前前後後錄左三十幾次……(口都乾埋…..)，最後揀左二十個transfer過電腦再揀，thx alice幫手! ^^
最終都係無一個version d connected speech同emphasis係做啱晒ga…….><
(我唔要又攞B or below lor!!!!!!!)

Alice好有毅力咁揾msn點樣可以不停咁震人既方法，好搞笑。
呢個故事亦都教訓我地女仔真係唔得罪得ga~kakaaaaa

話左今日早瞓，結果又係夜tim!:o
明天又要follow-up lab，係咁數d SC同C…….救命!
