瞓到到十點半起身，練完笛就動身去九龍仔游水la!
好令我興奮ga，因為係今個夏天第一次落水，期待好耐了！對上一次應該係係UCLA其中一個泳池度游la。

打算游1000米就算ga la，但比我預期中游得快，抖下停下咁最後輕輕鬆鬆咁游左1300-1400米。=]
有樣野我諗唔明，點解一開始游好攰，但越游越唔攰ge?!

游完就行落去學笛，好方便好近呀!
可以之後都係咁wor~ hee
今日好差，三首考試歌ｄ聲都好散呀!!!!><

返屋企執入O’Camp野，今次攞:琝r！哈哈
其實唔多野帶去，不過就有好多野要帶返黎lor
因為有好多sponsor，沖涼液、洗髮護髮、牙膏牙刷面巾全部都有sponsor~so good!

突然醒起我未打CCFYP proposal既日程表呀，聽日dead……今晚又無得早瞓……灰

Calculating the chemicals needed for experiment when back to lab.
Then read Yeung Yeung's paper but it is so difficult that I give up eventurally.
Turn to change medium for cells instead~:p

Journal Club.
Doze off....I am just too tired.
My question is firstly asked by Dr. Yung, when it comes to my turn, I only ask very 'tui' question....:(

Quick lunch at Med can and then start the ROS experiment.
I can’t find the bottle of HEPES which I diluted last week! It is missing!!
Have no way but to make new ones. But when I have the new one prepared, I find that bottle in culture room refrigerator…..=.=''
How come it goes to that place?

The experiment was not smooth. Time is too tight to manipulate 2 plates.
Definitely would lead to experimental errors.
The common lab in 1/F is very hot ar, I have to take off my lab coat but still sweating.

27th cultured astrocytes are contaminated!!><
So sad…..:(
After changing medium, back to enter data.
So many numbers to enter, in total there are 720!!! Argh~

Leave at six something for O'camp 庇護, I am too tired that I doze off even I am using a needle sewing the legs of our 組公仔...=.=''
Leave early coz I haven't been at home for dinner for a week!!
Very nice soup~=]

Continue to enter data then send a really long email to 小梅.
I feel good for doing experiment, however, I feel double or even triple frustrated when the data have problemssssssss....
Data can be BIG trouble too!
Of course, if you don’t have any data, a BIGGER trouble is waving to you form your 'boss'....

Yesterday night have a really nice dream.
One of the part is that I chat with Tony sir lei! But I wonder why I speak in Cantonese, not a usual practice wor~:p
Despite the good dream I have, I feel really tired when I get up. :(

I have to bare in mind that seeding cell line DO NOT NEED coating!!!><
Stupid ada.
Luckily, that coated plate won't be wasted, it can leave for future use.

Seems that it has been a long time since I last set gel la (perhpas a week?)
and there is leakage in 1 out of 4........=.=''

Tonight have to 整組飾 for Bio O'camp. Over the past week I didn't have dinner at home!!
So expensive to dine out or so hungry for eating nothing, either one is equally bad.
Hope can back home a bit early tonight.

Up to animal keeping room to check my rat, it gave birth to 11 babies already!
And 小梅 tells me 崔師姐's rat also labored on Sat. That means we have 2 groups of babies for extracting astrocytes lor~hee

Lab meeting, I know nothing about iron.
Don't know if the modified portocol for ROS measurement works, keep my finger cross.

Change medium for astrocytes. Don't know why most of the cells that I extract last Fri die!!!!!!><
Luckily, others are okay.

Going to kill those lovely buddies in the afternoon. Hope this batch of astrocytes would be fine.

Well, I really like being busy.
It gives a sense of secruity. And culture room is really a good place of refuge, feel like being protected.
I start loving this place la~hahaa

琴晚一早就瞓左，11:00瞓着，三點多醒過一次，之後又瞓到今朝11:00AM!
好似補返晒呢個星期既sleeping debts咁，但其實我仲有quota可以再瞓~ :p

去Ms Lee度夾伴奏，吹得好差呀！甩手不再話下，拍字又亂七八糟，怎麼了?!
接住上笛堂，總係死在第一粒音，天呀…….

食麥記，有杯杯送，都幾靚wor!
買左盒可樂糖，可以擺係lab慢慢食la =]

簡單既一日，不過仍然心事重重，該從何說起?
大多的煩惱，累壞了。
我只夠力氣做好這一刻的事，明天或後天的，已經無暇應付了……
好像又回到些日子……

這月打的日記少之又少，應該破了新低………
不過做完lab回到家真係攰到，連開電腦既意欲都無，更何況係打日記呢?

今天心情不大好，我也不知道為何(或者能猜中一點點ge)。
幸好今日返到lab，由朝忙到晚無停手，就不會被負面情緒overwhelmed。
一返去就coat bottle，跟住set gel (又漏了……><)，之後繼續coat bottles、換medium同subculture。

係med can買飯返lab食，食完比Prof. Ke叫左入房傾下計，對於老細對我既評價，我真係有d受寵若驚。
我無信心自己可以handle度個project，我亦唔覺自己係一個可以獨立思考既人；人地畀個task然後叫我做，我可以做得好好，但自己諗就真係死左……
好感謝prof.對我有信心，但我真係相信唔到我可以做到。
到底係我缺乏自信定prof.畀我個外表呃左?
好亂好煩……

之後殺鼠鼠，生左13隻，頗多呀。
不過今日撕腦膜(arachnoids)撕得好差呀，唔乾淨!><
多謝ceci入左黎陪我，希望無悶親你la。

一整天呆在culture room(按Jim既講法)，其實細細間culture可以係個避難所，
係入面，要高度集中精神，把閒雜意想拒諸門外。
漸漸忘記自己，就好似harry potter入面既鎖心術咁。

我到底可以跟誰說呢?

Sleep till 11:00A.M., refreshed.
Though I was waken up by Mum's call from Sichuan at 8:30A.M.

Practise flute, of course using this very last moment to 'chur' la~:P
A bit guilty for 'escaping' form the O'camp camp fire practise, but I really need to practise flute.

Wong sir's student is missing?!
好鬼異呀......

Go to Bookfair 20009.
First time to go there without Queenie's companion.
And can just skiping through the booths without detail looking.
First time to see our book la, many content has been cut.
Something interesting, there is a photo in a page and I recognized Fung and 細妹, however, I don't realize I am also in it as in first sight!!hahaaa
(take a few second to recognize that I am next to 細妹~:p)

Buy Harry Potter 7 (Chi version), a dessert book and handcraft materials.
Dinner with Jenny, Joling and Fung at Sun Boston. Full and satisfied =]

Go watch Harry Potter 6 with Vivien, I have been expecting it!
Full house! Even the first row are being occupied, really the magic of Harry Potter.

I was disappointed by the last movie, really no good.
But I will watch until the very last episode, perhaps watching Harry Potter has become one of my habit.
We started it when we were in junior form, at that time, it released every Christmas, it becomes our after-exam-activity at the end of each year.
A precious memory indeed. ^^

Head for flute companion class.
Aural part C is really challenging to me, difficult!
Flute class move up and time is just right! When I get of the bus, it starts raining but not very big.
When I arrive, it rains heavier. When class off, the rain has stop!
Lucky ada.

Buy an umbrella in Kowloon City, coz when I am on the way to the mini-bus bus stop, it rains quite heavily.

No mood to read paper which I supposed to read, sigh!

I made so many stupid technical mistakes that time, but I guess I make even more now!
Matriculation has been my peak of language la,
after promoting to uni, my language proficiency keeps deteriorating.

早上返到lab就係度諗個fluorescence spectrometer 既reaction time error點算，Jim話可以校到0.1s一個well ga! So good!
但問題依然未解決得晒…..><
入data，同excel做朋友。
我對佢既了解真係好片面，有阿祈d Excel一半咁勁就好!

下晝做subculture，好眼睏or!
5:30p.m.做完野，一個月多以來首次咁早呀!
不過應承左Jim6:00p.m.幫佢加antibodies，咁就hea下la。
走左去305睇yeung yeung同JC perfuse隻老鼠，wa!隻手會郁ga!好似翻生咁~:o
走既時候心情好好呀!因為難得走既時候太陽仲未落山!
(小小幸福是也)

去到月台見到架火車停左係中間，月台逼滿晒人，但無車站職員講播話發生乜事。
後來係有個職員勁惡，真係好惡咁係度用咪叫人落晒去大堂(無講話落去等到幾時定佢地有乜安排ga wor!)
但大堂已經逼左好多人，落去逼埋一份真係會缺氧。
行返入少少，撞到陳祈進(MHA既同學仔)，有人陪下無咁悶lei!
(小小幸福la)

D staffs消失晒，淨係見到站外好多警察係度，有3架消防車同一架救護車停左係度ja！
一直都無廣播講個安排，係後來我見到有架緊急接駁巴士駛走，先估有巴士安排。
排條好長好長既人龍去cancel張飛，之後接駁巴士度又無staffs安排d人點排隊，成堆人stuck左係度。
ｄ巴士黎係無可能上到，因為係大埔墟黎，個度已經上满晒人。
後來諗到搭小巴去馬鞍上轉馬鐵去圍搭火車再轉地鐵返屋企。
終於逃離呢個人多又混亂既場面，返到屋企已經8:30，仲遲過平時．．．．
(小小不幸)

咁難得有得早走，結果都係勁遲返屋企，好唔開心呀！

我明白人唔到絕路都唔會走上自殺呢條路，但一個人既事點解要影響到人wor?!
自己不幸已經好慘，點解要帶畀咁多人更多既不便?!
有勇氣跳下去，如果遲一秒的話，你猜這份勇氣夠不夠面對你目前的困境?

Have breakfast in Med can as I have to get chopsticks of 內遊check point.
Come across Jim, he told me that a young boy came to our lab.
(The new M.Phil? He is not sure either.)

When I go up, Du Fong is teaching the new guy how to use Google to search paper.
I ask Du Fong whether that guy is the new M.Phil student; he says he is just a boy in secondary school.

Have to kill infant rats today.
That boy observes by the side. A bit stressed la. Chat with him and know he is Chris.
He just finished his level 11 in international school and it is his father who wants him to have a taste of neuroscience research.
His father is actually Prof. Ke’s professor when she studied in PolyU of Ph.D.

I have language disability!><
Coz I have to speck Putonghua with 小梅and Du Fong, English with Chris, Cantonese with Jim and Prof. Ke.
And now I have to use them at the same time, so I have time when I talk to Chris and Prof. Ke in PTH (though they understand PTH) and I don't realize that! Stupid Ada.
Argh!! How come....
