Get up at late 10:30a.m., nothing to do.... Very boring.
Whole day watching Olympic broadcast, China is great!!!

China got the championship in synchronized 10M platform men!!
The two athletes' action are so synchronized that there is actually one person!
A pity is that one of them has a minor mistake in the last jump which score relatively low marks.
However, there wonderful performances in the previous 5 jumps already secure them the champion! 好勁ar~
舉重is also great, China won the championship in both women and men's competition.
I was really nervous when I watch each athlete lifting the weight, breath-taking!

Swimming, the 200M freestyle relay, is of course another breath-taking competition.
菲比斯又攞金牌啦!距離佢目標仲有6面金ja~唔知佢係咪可以打破紀錄連取8金呢?

Go to buy a slice of white gourd to make soup. I guess I add too much water la.
8 bowls are too much, perhaps 6 are enough.

Volleyball at night. China vs. Poland.
Hope China will win!

Get up at 8:30 but still feel tired.
Back to church in time, everything seems so familiar and yet so unfamiliar....
I guess things will back on track later.

Unexpectedly having free lunch! Thanks~

My laptop and desktop need to see the doctor and have body check la.
I can help nothing when their doctor is examining, just watch Beijing Olympics la.
郭晶晶,吳敏霞好勁!!!!
They are the champion for 女子雙人三米彈格跳水again!
They did a really good job. When they jump, it is as if there is only one person!
Girls gymnastics is also great! China's representatives are all very young but they still did a great job~ ^^

I think my 'doctor' is really great, have my laptop and desktop cured! =]
Hope they won't get 'sick' in the coming year la, be healthy!
And thanks my doctor la~~ ^^

Din out tonight, so full.
Very tired AGAIN~~ Don't know why I feel so tired after returning HK despite the long-hour-sleep I have.

Go to bed at 3:00 even my hair was still wet.
Get up late this morning, 10:00....
It finally stops raining today and occasionally has sunshine. Clean the large luggage and take it for a 'sun bath' :p

Practise flute and prepare for today's tutorial.
Lunch@五十嵐, so full~=]

The transportation fee from 土瓜灣to Kowloon Tong is very high, cost me ~ 10.4....! ><

Wong sir said I had gain weight, I know, so unhappy with that
And the duet sucks, of course not Wong sir playing badly but me.
I don't know why, when I practice, it is okay, not that bad ga....

Watch Beijing Olympic live broadcast, a 14-year-old girl, Li, who represent China in 400M四式, is the 6th who enter final!!
So proud of her!!
And another man is the 2nd who enter the final round of freestyle, 好叻ar

However, it is a pity that Yip Pui Yin fails to promote to 32-round, really a pity....
Don’ know why I feel sooooooo sleepy now, should go to bed early tonight then

Get up early and back to CU.
Join the 4 soc time, as they have delay, the 4 soc time has been cut a lot.... :(

We don't have enough CC tee ar!!><
Last year, they made 30 tees and many left. This year, we made 25 but not enough!!
Suddenly many CC freshman, 11 lei!! It is a good thing anyway.
Happy that Golden Sea is also CC-ers la~~ ^^

Today my post is 'looking after luggage'. Quite tired to stand for an hour or so by myself for taking care at the luggage.
Boring ma~
Come across Hogan and chat for a while.
I wonder whether I should seize the chance of doing lab. It is a valuable opportunity but I really don't think I am that research type....
What shall I choose??

Look after luggage until 2:15 and left. Take the small bag of chocolate to PGT as souvenir and go to CC can have late lunch.
Vermicelli with barbecue pork, miss it sooo much! Hee

Then go to CC lib to prepare for tutorial materials.
Spend quite a lot on photo-copying.
Have some time left and so I go though the whole experimental book, I guess the questions level is appropriate for my student to do it ge.
Hope it really works.

Back home and the time table planning makes me CRAZY!!!!><
I don't know why it makes statistics as my major electives when our compulsory courses MUST clash with it!! Shoot!
And now I have 8:30 classes from MON to FRI!!!
I have no choice…
And the coming semester would be terribly DRY, coz all courses except sigh language and UGA are majors! Sign....
Overwhelmed by frustrating timetable....Will has to realize it tomorrow afternoon.
The truth makes me even more frustrated....

The wind blow strongly and it rains like cats and dogs!
Typhoon signal no. 8 is hoisted.
Can't go out, can only stay at home with NOTHING to do!

Refresh the water in the aquarium and sent an email to TRA3841's course instructor, Ms Wang, in hope of getting special permission for taking the course in sem 2.
Then draft an evaluation form for 大哥哥大姐姐
Practise flute (no good this time!!><), then watch the remaining episodes of 向世界出發, have nothing to do AGAIN!!!

Upload photos for Edward as luckily see him online, and get mine as well.
The wind finally slower and the rain stop, so go to 'yum cha' with parents.
Miss Chinese 'dim sum' very very very very much!!!!
Delicious~~~ ^^

Back home and amendment the evaluation form, this time it is much comprehensive la, I hope.
What shall I do tonight??

Go to WTS and use the gift card in exchange for some cakes and take them to father's store in late afternoon.
Then go to Sang Po Kong to have my late late lunch. So good to have indigenous Cantonese food with cheap price~ ^^

Back home and do a little clean up for my bed room.
Contact my students and get the tutorial stuff settled. Time to go back on my track.
Life is busy and not easy, but I should try my best to enjoy every moments.
There is time I grumble, distressed, it is hard, but every time I know the hardship will pass some day.
Just a bit sentimental about the timetable of the coming year, I should trust that I can make it!

O… forgot to send an email to the instructor for getting permission of taking the course in semester 2 tim!!

香港同LA一樣，天氣都好好，但濕氣重，我出左街唔夠半個鐘就濕晒la!!!
今日勁早出左去，7:20就起身la，因為會考放榜。

完全沒有jet lag，很神奇!
唔知去邊度，好在遇見黃金海，話左畀我地聽係邊度放榜(不過你遲入o camp就唔好lor….)
同vivien去左計分中心度八掛，淨係聽到Ms Ho對住張成績單數：「1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, yeah!!」
咁即係有人8A la~

之後去左樓下收料，hilda, 偉偉, 戚宛婷都返左去ar~~
問左佢地今年F.7入U點，勁屈機lor!絕大部分係CU同HKU
同埋全班都有offer咁滯，淨係佢地一班入到U既人數，多過晒我O個屆全級既人數lor!! 替佢地開心ar，但同時好慚愧我地o個屆考得咁差……唉

(打左電話畀學生問佢考成點，佢bio有B lei!!!好開心ar~~~~~)

F.7入U率高，F.5今年都考得好好。
一個九優，2個六優(其中一個係詹子la!!好叻or~~
跟住大量27-29分~wow~~

但prefects們都走晒……得返澧澧一個係度，新P都無人入，出年PA點算ar?!

等放收生時去左教員室，同庾sir傾計，佢仲係咁爛gag ar!!

Lunch同hilda, vivien, 偉偉同戚宛婷去京木食，第一次去ja，又幾抵食wor。
去左恆生入數，好在今日唔多人，好快就排到我lu!諗住換返d美金做港元，但係要換夠3000港紙先換到ar，咁即係無希望la，灰左…….
返返去民生，去左temporary PA room八掛一下~:p
中六prefects真係唔知點算……唉~

返屋企前去九場幫媽咪買臭丸，跟住就返屋企la。
抺左書枱同電腦，乾淨晒! =]

Originally plan to get up at 5:00am to continue my revision, but I unconsciously switch off my mobile. Not until 6:15am did I wake up!><

Finish memorizing the Ecofeminism and Deep Ecology essay and start a bit on different religions views, usage towards nature, then go to have breakfast la.
It is the earliest breakfast I ever had since arriving UCLA!!:o
Surprisingly, many people are already there, Steve, Suzie, Elaine, Tina.....Most of us are busy doing final revision for our exam.
I don’t really know what I am doing, just mechanically put the stuff in my mouth and chew it.
Then back to hostel to study.
Finish revising all the essays a little bit earlier than expected, thanks God!
Size the little time to have a nap.

Psychology class, the only task of today is Test 5 and remedial test.
I got 7 questions wrong in test 5, A- say goodbye to me la!!!!!><
So have to take the remedial test.
I have no time to go through the materials for the remedial test (which is the whole syllabus), I just try my luck.
But it turns out the remedial test is much easier, most the questions are base on classroom lecture, so I am able to answer them.
And thanks Edward for saving me from one question la!!
Finally have 3 question wrong in the remedial test, which is unexpectedly the BEST test performance among all!:o
A- comes back at the very last moment, it is really trilling.

Geog exam.
Write a lot, write write and write.
Still miss some statistics ge, but I guess overall is okay la, should be better than mid-term.
Thanks Yung Ju for being my study buddy la, as you say, we should have known each other earlier!!!
But it is never too late~hee

Go to Venice Beach, it is a long long beach, but the beach doesn't allow people to go swimming, but surfing is okay.
The wind is very very strong!!

Dinner at Mr. Noodle, thanks for Edward’s recommendation, it is cheap and delicious!
And the soup reminds me much of HK’s soup!!!!

Night walk in UCLA with Mable, Suzie and Steve, take some pic of night Royce Hall and Powell Library this time, really beautiful!
Back to hostel and take picture with Hearim, my roommate. =]

Will fly back to HK tomorrow mid-night, wanna back ASAP!

After breakfast, continue to do readings. My highlight pen, which bought in UCLA store 2 weeks ago, has used up all the ink!!! So quick!
(does this reflect I have many readings?? :p)

After lunch, meet with Yung Ju, my geog. Korean classmate. We go to study room to deal with the essays and readings.
First time to borrow the study room, it is enormously big!
2 hours passes quickly, and I can only finish one essay.
We then move up to 5th floor common area to continue with the work.
It seems efficient, we eliminate question one by one, as some of them has been done by us in write-up, so just little modification is needed.
We finished 8 essays at 5:30pm (deliberately skipped a to generalized one) and explain the questions we do to each other.
Go to Student Technology Center to photocopy the answers, mine is too light to be photocopied!!>< Even we have use the copier that scan the work for 4 times before printing.

Rush dinner at Dinning Hall and then go to computer lab to type my questions for her.
It is good to type it though, firstly, my handwriting is not that clear; secondly, when I type it, I go through the materials once and help consolidating the content.
Finally finish all the preparation for the essays at 8:00pm
We have work for 6 hours!! (including dinner time la)

After taking a shower, start reciting the essays. So many points to be memorized in each question, especially the citation, e.g. from which Journal, who is the author, the publishing year and the page. Sigh.
Working hard to recite them....It is really a torture.
But I know clearly that if I memorize it well, it won’t be a torture in the exam, so I insists.

Finally go to bed at 3:00a.m. leaving 3 questions not yet recited
Before having REM sleep, I recite all the essays I have memorized once in my mind, quite good la.
