我好討厭o個隻「鸚鵡」，搞到我無牀瞓，全家成晚係度「玩」水戰……
瞓梳化又好熱wor(無理由開廳既冷氣咁cei電嘛)，媽咪未起身我就醒左，救命!

Get up this morning and learn form the radio that typhoon has weakened to 熱帶低氣壓, and only typhoon signal no.3 is hoisted.
So get up and have an early shower then go back to CU la.
Come across王國謙 on the train, he is going to be late for work la.
But one of his colleagues' late record is really unbelievable!! How come he can be late for half a day (and his superior didn’t notice??)?!

We go to Ho Tim Building B6 lecture, wow~ a 100-people-big lecture for only 7 people?!
Prof. Kong is in lab so we have to transit to MMW la.
After the attack of typhoon, many trees in CU were blown down and block the road. Have to walk carefully la.

Biochemistry lab is very very very very cold!!!!
Can’t fall asleep in such a low temp. ~hahaaa
They do DNA electrophoresis, pipettement is a great challenge to them~:p
I have the same experience when I first use them during my first lab in university almost a year ago~hahaa

A bit tired and doze off in the end.

Go to 翠湖花園to have my first tutorial with Joanne, Crystal's previous student la.
She is really tall and doesn't look like a F.1 girl lei!
Ask her to do the Beijing 2008 Olympic logo, actually I have learnt a lot of vocab. during these 2 weeks because of watching Olympic. ^^

The 2nd half teach her about –ve number’s multiplication, division, subtraction and addition.
Can't believe I am teaching mathematics~kee

Back home, disappointed that China loose in 10M platform diving.
夢之隊差一金ar!
But I believe周呂鑫has tried his very best. And I appreciate the Australia's athlete really did a good job!

So proud to see 3 China's flags hanging high in 北京大學體育館 for Men Table Tennis! Yeah~~

Tonight still have to sleep on sofa.....

Did not have a good sleep last night, dreaming about the course. Hey! I am just the TA, actually having nothing to do, why am I still that nervous? Weird.

Get the phone call from PGT at 7:30 saying that as typhoon signal no. 8 would be hoisted within short period of time, today's classes were therefore postponed.
Sleep again until 11:00a.m.
I don't like typhoon, it keeps you at home having nothing to do....
Super boring.

Using Internet to search Beijing 2008 Olympic events logo. Then make them a vocab. exercise for my first lesson with new tutorial student tomorrow night.

Still reading <讀書這玩意兒>, after lunch, read a little bit and take a nap.
Wanna practise flute after taking a nap, but when I wake up, my parents are sleeping, time clashes.
Wait until ~5:30 for dad to wake up, then I go practise. Still having problems with C major fingering ex., sometime my fingers move too fast that they go wild and uncontrollable. Still working with them, slightly better than before ge.
Just hope that the problem can be solved before having my class.

China's athletes got the first 3 position in table tennis!
The final is really exciting! Wang Nam vs Zhang Y.N.
I really want Wang Nam to win ar, but it turn our Zhang is again the champion.
But it is great to have 3 China’s flag hanging in the sports center at the same time.

Get up early and back to CU for the TA job la.
The course is unexpectedly with few students. Only 7!
The teacher is a Prof. Kong form Biochemistry department.
I thought I can do my own stuff when he begins to teach, so I can continue to read my book.
Unexpectedly, he asked me to join the class as well.... Well, I have no choice, do I?
He is humorous but just that I think the stuff is a little boring to me.

Lunch@CC staff canteen.
Talk with the students, when I ask which school were they from, two boys said they were from Munsang!
What a small world!! I thought they are from IMSC, but they said they are from MSC!!!
And they are being taught by Missy!!!! Wow~~

Afternoon class change to CKB, I guess I fall sleep at the end of the lecture.....

After lesson go to Lam Tin to join Fung and Ho yin for 大哥哥大姐姐, eat something before the gathering starts.
My task of today is simple, taking attendance.
And help sweeping the floor as the kids frequently splash the paints on the floor.

Late dinner with Fung, Daydrew and Ho yin.
Feeling very tired though I have a boring day....

Get up at 9:00 something and leave home another later for my private tutorial lu.
Still slow progress, I feel so helpless and don't know what can I do to help.
It is not good for a tutor doesn't know what to do to help his/her student, but I really can't figure out the solution at the moment.
Just hope that practise make perfect. By doing more or less the same experimental type questions, she will get to know the spirit of answering.

Lunch at茶餐廳
Take bus no.5 home, new route ar, much cheaper than that of no.116! Good~~
Feeling dizzy and want to vomit, don’t know why la. But it gets better later.

Hanging laundry and have a 15 mins break before going for another tutorial la.
Drilling on Chinese comprehension and briefly go through all the 體裁he learnt.
After tutorial, go to Breakthrough shop in Plaza Hollywood.
Buy <<讀書這玩意兒>> written my 楊牧谷牧師. Want to buy it for a long time, but last time I went there this book was sold out.

Spend my whole night reading it. It is about how to study in university.
I should have read it earlier in order to survive better in uni. But I guess it is not too late; especially after my short study in the US, the experience makes me understand better, and I have grown after that short period of 6-week-time.

Just hope I am able to manage my time, my part time (i.e. tutorials~:p) well in the coming year.

P.S. Just receive Ms Wang email about the permission of taking 中文寫作與翻譯! ^^ But I have to ask the executive office for the department permission before I can really take the course, but that is a good start, is't it?

Get up late, it is the last day of my meaningless day la. Should treasure it~hahaaa
Practise flute for ~2 hours, don't know why I do worse in C major fingering than Db and D major, not typical la!

Watch synchronized swimming in the afternoon. Fabulous!!
They are really dancing ballet in water!!! Amazing~~
On time to watch李小鵬 wins his 雙槓 ^^
But skip girls balance beam........ :(

Dinner with anthony, nice chat. Wish you all the best in Sweden la.
Still haven't seen Cliff Yeung's adv. on bus, 真係無乜緣份~:p

Back home.
Too sad to know that 程菲only wins the bronze medal in balance beam. I guess her mistake in vaulting horse has much impact on her confidence in performing 自由操and平衡木la.
Again, luck plays an important role in life.

Good to witness 何沖win the championship in 3M springboard! His jumps are soooooooooo perfect!
Last jump even got >100!!!!

Later learn 鄒凱係單槓再下一城，攞佢今屆第二面個人金牌la~ so nice!

Tomorrow will have 2 tutorial, should add oil and adapt to my busy life again~ ^^

很久沒有做board了，以前power box、hss做board比呢兩塊更大，但最少人做都仲有queenie陪我一齊努力，感覺無咁辛苦。
我知道我唔可以太苛求他人幫手做，大家整個暑假也很忙，活動沒有停過，上班的上班，似乎最應該做既都係我，只係我唔習慣自己一個做。
係咁剪剪剪同貼貼貼真係好悶，個board都算大(4張畫黎計，2張一個board)，所以好空，要加返ｄ野，但我又諗唔到加d乜wor……
雖然話頽做jei，但都唔可以太頽嘛。

今朝九點幾起身，打左個電話之後就練笛，跟住就一直做board了。
開住電視直播奧運，但沒心情和時間睇，只是知道劉翔因傷退出比賽而望了電視幾秒。
佢退出比賽的真正原因眾說紛紜，但我還是相信是因傷退出。
比賽場地就是運動員的生命，特別是奧運會這個四年一次的體壇盛事，誰也想在場上佔一席位，即使是輸了、在場上僅僅出現數十秒、嗅嗅比賽場地的空氣也好。
起碼比賽證明了自己存在的意義。

出去德福買底紙，今次買多左一張，但總好過少買吧!
返黎繼續剪剪貼貼，心情唔好。
謝謝浩然去PGT攞左D縮印左既畫上黎la~ ^^
3M既雙面膠紙好好用哩! 整到4點幾先整完，一人攞住一大碌去中環交。
第一次上站長失，保安好唔嚴密……

之後出左旺角，終於~M返mickey la! =]

中國體操隊好野!!!!
陳一冰同楊威包攬吊環冠亞軍，何可欣同楊依琳~M左高低槓既冠軍同季軍，佢地既表現真係好出色ar!
美國既柳金都好勁，今次高低槓又攞埋銀牌，佢自由操已經揀左季軍，跳馬又係冠軍wor，真係好全面。

執書枱櫃，好多好多野ar!!

把樹蛙後便去吃早餐，麻煩樹蛙特登搭車黎攞畫了.......都怪我影唔好d畫.......
今日崇拜無恰過眼瞓ar!同埋傳道講既野令我諗左好多野，要keep住。

好早就完左崇拜，多謝大家仗義幫忙剪字! 感激不盡!!! ^^
主日學提早開始當然就早左完la，去左「飯堂」食lunch，阿業問我同anthony d英文，係lack同in lack of ar!!
即時諗起grammar handout!!無grammar handout的話，我應該唔會記得咁清楚=]

去Tom Lee買笛書，之後去買畫紙做港鐵個board。
佢得d 74x54cm既大size，想買細一半既都無.......

返屋企就整la，唔夠底紙!!!
聽日要出過去買lu……又蠢左，真係無得救.......
不過更蠢既係我對長同闊既理解有問題，d野貼晒上去要mit返落黎，底紙爛左，我諗之後加d decoration遮得到ge。

係咁剪剪剪同貼貼貼，同時開住電視睇奧運。
女子四人雙槳划艇歷史性攞金牌!!!!!! 勁ar~~
仲要係最後o個一百米追過英國o個下屈機嘛。
鄒凱攞左男子全能冠軍!! 好野!!
跟住肖欽係鞍馬又報捷，雖然楊威只係第四，不過好好啦，始終佢係全能型，唔係專長單項。

但好唔開心程菲跳馬同自由操都失手，好慘ar!
二十歲好大機會係最後一次參加奧運，竟然係咁wor，仲要係平時ｄ世界賽都係冠軍ga ma……
感覺就好似係人人都以為你會考10A或者高考5A，但最後全部B晒既o個份失落感.......
睇到佢自由操完左之後忍唔住喊我都差d忍唔住。

郭晶晶跳水再擲一金!
每一跳都好完美ar~~好難想像佢得返1/5視力.......做運動員既代價真係好高哩!
不過俄羅斯既選手都好勁，水準好穩定，有幾跳拍得住郭晶晶，最後得第二。

乒乓女團同埋男單羽毛球就估到會攞冠軍ga la。
不過估唔到林丹贏左之後會咁激動，dan左支球拍同球鞋去觀眾席哩!
攞到佢支球拍o個個人真係會勁開心ar!係奧運冠軍用黎打決賽兼贏埋既拍wor!

除左睇奧運見中國運動員贏左o個一刻之外，今晚總係覺得唔開心。
連洗碗去冷靜自己都無用.......

This is my 7th time to attend PA 1st GM in mid-August and the 2nd time in a role of ex-P.
It is really like what Golden Sea said, after leaving PA, I feel like there is a part missing in my life.
So I always want to go back and visit them but I know it is time to learn not to do so la. The feeling, or more precise, my behavior, can go extinct by practise.
If I always go back, it is just a positive reinforcement (i.e. +ve means something is added, in this case, visiting PA; reinforcement means the chances of happening in the future increases) and I never have the chance to let the feeling go extinct.
(wow~ what I learn in Psychology is really useful! kee)

Lunch with Luk luk, 3 heads, sing, vivi and fung.
Go to 食神傳說to buy snacks for the coming semester~kee
Then go to wet market to buy tonight’s dinner.

Back home and clean the fish then watch the Olympics.
78+kg wonmen judo China wins the championship!!! Yeah~~
The athlete win in the last 20 sec, 好險or~不過係「一本」呢!
And 75kg women weightlifting WANG Lu is the champion! That means all the girl’s team of weightlifting wins medal in all the competitions they participate!! ^^

But the volleyball game with the US is lost....:(
It is like the battle with Cuba, nearly won but.... Aiya~~~><

Luckily, women badminton team wins. But I really appreciate their opponent, Korea.
One of the athletes sprains her ankle during the competition, but she withstands the pain and struggle until the last minute.
I really admire her sportsmanship!

Suddenly have an urgent job to do— Board design for FEG's 我們的藍天in MTR community exhibition board.
I have to finish it on Monday but I can only have the size of the board and other detail received tomorrow night!!!><
So harsh and I have NO confident that I can make it.
Just try my best la, hope that I won't need to burn the mid-night oil.

I am an Olympic addict!
Hahaa~ stick in front of the TV and watch the live broadcast in the morning.
China wins the championship and 1st runner-up in 200M backstroke!! Wow~
Never thought that China can win medals in swimming as European and the US teams are very strong ma.
Really surprised!
And much surprising is that later the 4X200 Women Freestyle relay China comes the 2nd!! 勁!

The swimming team's good news for me is just a bonus, my focus is on 男子個人全能.
Not until the last minute did you know who the winner is, it is really exciting.
Congratulations to Yang Wei! Finally got the gold medal in the Olympics after 8 years of hard work, he really deserves it!!
But one of the Japanese representatives is very poor ar, he 失手in two items and loses his place....
Then clean the sofa as mum has told me to.

Tonight go to watch dressage.
Before the event start, go to the souvenir shop to buy something. Originally I want to by the Olympics T-shirt ga, but only 2 design left and I don't like them.
But I buy 2 sports handkerchiefs; the larger one is really pretty lei! (of course its price is also 'pretty'~hahaa)1
First time get to know what it is. It is not as boring as other said ar.
And when you watch more, you get to know more about criteria of assigned actions.
For some performance, it is really like the horse performing ballet lei!! ^^

Leave early, not because it is boring but I have to back home early la.

今朝晏左少少起身，一起身就走去睇奧運，因為今日又有我至愛既體操! ^^
國家隊同美國隊d分真係咬得好緊ar，一時你贏一時我贏，好緊張，我估運動員既壓力一定好大。

睇足咁四項，程菲係平衡木失手跌落黎我心情一沉，不過佢上返去之後做既動作都子perfect，但跌一跌畀人扣左0.8真係好唔抵ar!
之後李姍姍連續四個翻跳真係好勁! (一般只會做3個ga ja ma)

高低槓係中國既強項，3個表演都好穩定，落地好穩，動作又做到好「飄」同優美，全部都攞16以上呢!! 屈機~~
楊　琳佢套動作既難度係7.7，超水準演出，評述員話全世界得3個人做到呢個難度ga ja!
特別係何可欣，資格賽由高轉低時跣手跌左落黎，今次做返同一套既動作，無受之前影響，佢個高難度動作同之前一樣完美地完成，好叻好叻。

自由操估唔到美國第一個隊員會失手，但Shawn既表現好好，拍得住中國。
不過自由操中國係一個比一個高分，鄧琳琳15.15，江鈺源15.20到程菲15.25，真係好開心ar!
程菲做完成套動作都好開心同激動，因為中國女團52年黎第一次奧運冠軍!!!
188.9高美國兩分幾，Yeah~~~真係好令人感動ar!

希望之後單項都繼續咁勁，程菲既跳馬、李姍姍既平衡木都好睇好ar，當然仲有中國既高低槓la!

好興奮睇埋女團頒奬後就出門口喇，去荔枝角幫媽咪買套普通話新舊約聖經CD，~M左一陣la，出面好曬好曬！
套野都好重下，不過我都攞住佢去左旺角。
唔開心ar，~M唔到隻USB lei….上次仲見到ga….
雖然好失望，仲係去左金魚街幫我d魚魚買水草、濾水棉同魚糧，之後就返屋企la。
女子69kg舉重劉春紅破三項世界紀錄攞冠軍!
佢比第二名俄羅斯既選手多舉30幾kg!!!!!中國舉重隊同跳水隊一樣贏晒其他國家ar!! ^^

漏左講，菲比斯又攞多2金la，佢游水真係好好好好好好快! 好似識飛咁....
佢地4x200M Freestyle，快佢係４年前做既世界紀錄４秒lor!!睇住佢地游，條世紀線完全追唔到佢地，係佢地２個身位之後，想唔第一都好難。
今日游水ｄ金牌得主全部都打破世界紀錄!

今晚中國女排對古巴，我好想中國隊可以繼雅典奧運再奪金ar，不過古巴既彈跳同剎波都好勁，都唔易贏，一定好精彩jei!
