Very weak sense of self protection. The first thing to do is to clarify what happens but not say sorry. An apologise will make you bear all responsibility which you shouldn't bear.
Actually think back, it shouldn't be my responsibility particular the sender doesn't send a very clear message. I shouldn't bear this claim actually. First thug is to push but not admit... Wuuuu. Response too slow and not familiar with the stuff... Particularly I didn't remember she told me anything, but it makes me look bad that I forget to send an important message!!!
