最近忽然喉沙

左面胸口近下腋位置有時候會痛

但按過又沒有腫塊

讀書剛好在讀癌症 symptoms

原來喉沙居然是病症之一

Warning signs of cancer:
1. Unusual bleeding or discharge anywhere in the body.

2. change in bowel or bladder habits (e.g., prolonged diarrhea or discomfort)

3. a change in a wart or mole (i.e., color, size, or shape).

4. a sore that does not heal (on the skin or in the mouth, anywhere).

5. unexplained weight loss.

6. anemia or low hemoglobin, and persistent fatigue.

7. persistent cough or hoarseness without reason.

8. a solid lump, often painless, in the breast or testes or anywhere on the body.

看來是時候試試一個月的斷食

看看有何效果

居然會 tipsy 和 sleepy

對上一次喝啤酒已經是超過一年以前的事

看來我還是盡量不喝的好

唉呀呀

i am studying about cancer today

after reading how n what the conventional treatment is doing to the body

i feel very very very agitated and sad

tears in my eyes

i dont think it's the right approach to treat our body

after all we are going to die someday

with the hope of getting recovered

with this strong desire to live and survive and to remain as a being

we have invented lots of different ways to survive

we do it from an intention to remove our suffering

but very often paradoxically it indeed increase our suffering in a long run

hm........we human being

the majority of us are very strange.....

as times goes by

i understand the saying that how most of the people are in a deep sleep in a house which is on fire

hm......................

it is very difficult to understand and very few people do.....

hm........

i understand why he choose to keep his mouth shut in the beginning

and feel very much grateful that he decide to teach finally
