課程需要考 first aid certificate

所以報讀了 st. john 的班

很喜歡阿 sir Kenneth

他的英語發音雖然有些怪

但他每一句話也是非常簡潔和到 point

但也有 gag 和突然大聲說話以防我們打瞌睡

很喜歡他

讀書的時候

發現 father of modern medicine, Sir William Osler, says:

"It is more important to know what sort of patient has a disease than what sort of disease a patient has"

and

"Listen to your patient, he is telling you the diagnosis"

還有 research 找出

"people suffering from emotional states of imbalance often are more susceptible to disease and those who have better emotional coping mechanisms tend to recover faster and more completely from illness"
(Ref: Peters, D; Woodham, A; (2000) The Complete Guide to Integrated Medicine: Dorling Kindersley)

靜坐客觀觀察自己的感受真的很有趣

今天突然有戀愛的感覺

正確來說是有戀愛時候的身體感受

但刺激這些感受的卻不是一個人

好像是自然而生

也好像是因為友情或家人的情而生

也好像是因天氣而生

以前一直以為只有從所愛的人才能生起這種愛情的感受

現在卻發現原來相同 (或是超級接近) 的感受可以在沒有拍拖戀愛的時候生起

很奇怪

這跟我多年前第一次發現原來身體上的痛楚不一定需要透過改變坐姿或移動身體

那痛楚會不知為何在到達最高點後自然消失

有時候像爆破

有時候就只是突然消失

那次讓我了解到原來不一定需要改變外境

我的感受才會改變

這一次又是另一例證 (之前其他的例證: 比如不滿別人不 considerate 的行為 - 拿濕傘到室內的例子)

原來不一定需要拍拖

居然也會有在戀愛的感覺

太奇怪了~~~~~

記得前幾天靜坐的時候

心痛得死去活來

早前也突然覺得非常傷心

是否因為心痛到最痛的地步

然後便會消失?

是物極必反的道理嗎?

是否真的如老師所說

所有感受也是無常

很奇怪的體驗

同樣是很 inspirational 的一個經歷

確實

這些經歷真的需要自己去體會

才能成為自己學到和相信的東西

非常感恩

補充:

老師說過

一開始你會認為所有感受都是由於外在的人和事而生

當你練習這個方法後

慢慢會發現其實自己對自己的感受也負有一半的責任

而當你繼續觀察

你會發現你感受的 100% 也是源於自己

你會發現當別人還沒有激怒你以前

你的身體已經開始有被激怒 (比如說呼吸心跳加速) 的身體感受

如果把老師所說的套用到我所經歷的

是否戀愛的身體感受就只是一種感受

但當我們生起了這感受

然後便會把外在最近所遇到的一個人對號入座

認為是那某君給我的身體感受

是那某君讓我感受到戀愛的感受

就如發怒一樣

是否我們的身體開始 release 發怒的身體感受 (如 firewood the fire will burn from the old stock 的道理一樣)

然後我們便會把這感受歸咎到我們所遇到那個讓人討厭的傢伙身上

認為是那人令我們發怒?

朋友跟她的朋友一起做了一個展品

今天去了她們的 opening ceremony

很有趣的一個展覽

不知道為何

當我 scan 那些 QR code

scan 了幾個也看到有關 sex 的 twitter messages

我正在想

為何有那麼多 sex related 的 issues

是否她們其中的一個 theme 的呢?

然後朋友 p 在旁突然說

w & h 的主題是 life and death

最近覺得身體好像不太健康

懷疑子宮頸癌, 乳癌, 胃癌, 腸癌, 喉癌, 肺有事等

因經常覺得有東西頂在胸口

呼吸困難

肚的消化很差

經常肚脹

很多氣

另外吃很少東西便飽

不覺得肚餓

前幾天還嘔

有時候頭會很疼

看來我要快點立遺囑呢~~

也有可能我患上

他提醒我 love cannot be rushed and shouldn't be rushed

if it happens it happens

just take it easy and if someone comes along- then great. If not? Continue living life and enjoying yourself :)

他也提醒我不要把所有快樂建築在一個人身上

他說 it is very dangerous to construct all your happiness on one person

那人可能會死, 會變心等等

他說應該把目標訂在如何讓自己快樂

自己從來也屬第一位的

'you should do what makes YOU happy. Forget what everyone else says. In my opinion finding a husband is not the most important thing in life for a woman. Finding happiness is the most important thing. And finding that happiness is up to you.'

另外

他也提醒我 it is good to do something, but sometimes you should accept there are somethings you cannot change, and it is not your fault and not your responsibility.

這讓我想起早前舊同事讀 family therapy

她說若父母不和諧

小孩子很多時會把責任背在自己身上

並嘗試飾演補充的角色把家庭變回和諧

這可能也讓我形成太 involved in friends/ love 等等

我該學習有時候 things happen not in our way

but it is not our fault and responsibility

朋友 m 說我該 be more carefree

但所有本地的朋友已經覺得我很 carefree 了

他是第一個認為我該更 carefree 的人

這晚我也 reflect 了離開國泰的事情

真正決定離開的原因

是因為覺得這份工太開心

怕自己有一天沒有了國泰便不行

所以寧願離開 (雖然最後是給解雇的)

我發現

可能因為我的家庭曾經突然遭遇巨變

所以當東西很好很開心的時候

我便會很害怕

怕有一天會失去

所以寧可先放棄

我該學習在開心時享受開心

但同時學習不執取開心

明白它是會變化的

無論如何
