今天是母親節

媽媽去了內地四天

下午跟九姨婆喝茶

不知道她會否喜歡我弄的杏仁茶呢?

對於 osama bin laden 被公然殺死

我覺得很恐怖

為公義之名殺人

跟當年以聖戰之名開戰有何不同?

如佛所說

願拉登安息

願目擊他被殺的女兒和家人能走出陰霾

要世界和平

我們的確先需要 peace in each individual mind

今早到殯儀館辭靈

看到他們其中一位穿白衣的人是一個小妹妹

原來她是小露寶叔叔哥哥的女兒

他的哥哥在數年前過身

當時女兒才兩歲左右

所以我能想像

小露寶叔叔一定把她當自己的女兒來疼

可惜現在連小露寶叔叔也離世了

看著這在傷心哭泣的小妹妹

我的心都疼了

出席喪禮讓我想起 butter and pebbles 的故事

希望更多人能 come into contact of dhamma and be happy

祝小露寶叔叔安息, 快樂

希望他的家人節哀順變

對上一次看破地獄已經是小時候婆婆過身的時候

記得很黑很恐怖

今天晚上

到小露寶叔叔喪禮期間

摺摺下金元寶

突然在毫無準備的情況下靈堂裡的燈突然關了

由於靈堂不大

我跟姑姐坐在家屬後面給外人坐的最後一排

靠近遺體

看著道士們舞著火棒

揮動白色的東西

然後在堂中不停轉圈

很是恐怖

他們用力的把棍大力敲在地上

就是要破開地獄把先人拯救出來嗎?

觀察著害怕恐怖的情緒所引起的身體感受

發現當面對恐懼時

恐懼的力量會弱了

即使仍有恐懼

但心卻知道該如何處理

看著這些儀式

讓我覺得人死已經是讓人悲傷的事情

再加上這些恐怖的儀式

怎會讓人不害怕死亡呢?

簡直會覺得死亡是天下最恐怖的事

得知小露寶 uncle 癌病復發過身了

hm.............

人生真的很無常

願更多的人能從這些痛苦中解脫出來

今早出 camp 後跟助理老師等人去了將來永久中心的工地靜坐

在石壁監獄旁

當老師在 metta 環節時說

'may dhamma grow from this land to all four directions'

我心裡很感動

真的衷心希望更多人能從這個方法中得益

之後去了東涌吃午飯

回家路上

突然感動得哭了起來

也很 grateful 能學習到這個方法

如果這方法不是只觀察自然呼吸和自然身體感受

我真得會認為自己信了邪教

世界上有這麼 pure 的東西

我真得不能 resist

我感受到我的 level of happiness 比以往又再高了

希望更多人能學習這套方法

踏入第八年了

原本是打算 serve

卻變為了學生

沒有準備

所以非常緊張喔~~

開開心心

明天入 camp 當 server

一如以往

每次在入 camp 前都會不想去

都會亂食零食

都會好像明天要去死一樣.....

所以要吃臨死要吃的東西

死都要 lan 街

平常多是做 student 才會這樣緊張
這次 serve 也這樣

可能因為這次的 teaching assistant 是很受人尊敬的

緊張緊張

值得記下這些:
