新發現

原來我一直這麼 attached to passion

是因為我一直在 giving it foods

拍拖時 clinging to the sensation of being in love

單身時

由於太 attached to 拍拖時候的身體感受

所以晚上睡覺也會很自然把臉靠在枕頭的一旁

好像挨著喜歡的人的肩膀一樣

但心裡想著的人會隨不同時間出現不同的人物

這證明

我根本不是喜歡A,B,C 或 D

而是 addicted to being in love 的身體感受

as a householder

希望 in love 是沒問題的

但當這 desire 變成 craving 時

craving for a situation that is not there

這就成為痛苦的開始

所以

現在知道問題所在

晚上睡覺時不要再想像任何的人物

好好的觀察著身體感受而入睡吧~~

買了 law of attraction 雜誌

原來 'fulfilling desire' 成為了一門 making profit 的門路

唉........

這些 spiritual 雜誌

為何 after all 還是繼續鼓勵我們不斷 fulfill our unfullfillable desire?

don't they know it's a bottomless bucket?

spiritual / mental health magazine 應該是對人的 well being 有好處的

但可惜這雜誌 afterall 還是一本教人如何滿足自己所有的 desire

教人 make affirmations

it may helps on the surface level of the mind

but it can't go to the deep level

and it doesn't bring ultimate happiness

原來

能遇到 dhamma 是這麼這麼這麼的難得

坊間這麼多 spiritual 東東

這本雜誌

原來離 dhamma 和 truth 很遠

很喜歡帶家人去一些 hip 的流行的地方

喜歡把他們跟年輕的人拉近

今天跟他們去 118 樓 so called 全球最高的 bar

不過

一如我跟其他朋友一樣

最後我們在 118 樓逛了一圈

還是選擇在 102 樓喝東西

102 的環境舒服多了~~

已經三次跟不同的朋友家人到訪118

最後三次都是回到 102

我想 118 樓的 interior designer 要好好認真的檢討檢討

原來 observe passion 所帶來的 body sensation 真的有效

近幾天雖然 desire 還在

但那已經不再是 craving

起碼沒再 '典來典去'

半條人命咁

不過我也得提醒自己

現在稍為平靜平衡的心和身體感受也很有可能不是永恆的

很有可能會變化的

所以當待會轉過頭來

我又非常可能回到 '典典典' 的狀態裡去

just observe

今早6時多起來

靜坐練琴

然後去上古琴課

老師看到我的 bling bling gel 甲

說我的指甲會 'chang' 親人

著我塗一些啞色甲油

我連忙說不好意思

但也解釋那是 gel 甲

所以要等三個星期才能剪掉

臨走時

我再次說不好意思

我在笑

老師也在笑

老師說

他上次見我時沒跟我說

因那次見我沒有塗

他說 '我沒有想到, 哈哈'

我想

他沒想到一個喜歡這麼清淡樂器的人

卻會塗這麼浮誇的指甲

我大概污辱了古琴

朋友和媽媽也有這樣的想法

哈哈哈哈

朋友今天出十日營

媽媽非常積極說要去接她和請她吃大餐

所以我跟 p 和媽媽一早起來

看到這位朋友這樣興奮的說她想到 abcde 也該來試試這個方法

我知道她嘗到法

不然她不會這樣的

我非常非常非常的替她高興

原來一個人

特別那個是朋友

當得悉她 have tasted the dhamma

原來那 '隨喜' 心會讓人多麼快樂

我在想

是否因為我的 ego in a way 被 boost up 了

所以我才這麼快樂?

但我覺得不是

這份愉悅感是很 pure 的 sympathetic joy

遇到好的東西

跟人分享

是真的很讓人開心的
