家附近的燒烤店內地 feel 阿姨說十七的月亮是最漂亮的

記得去年十七或十八

月亮也是超漂亮的

每次看見一個又圓又大又低又黃的月亮

我都會忍不住打電話給朋友家人

叫他們抬頭看看月亮

月亮的光芒

好像磁石般把我吸引著

今天去了看火龍

我真的非常喜歡舊文化

這個小社區充滿著人情味呢

謝謝那火龍組長伯伯送給我的一注香

應該是他對我們的祝福

我把香分了給另外兩位同行朋友

把收到的福氣跟別人分享

是很快樂的一件事

後來

我們又叫另外一位火龍組長叔叔替我們把香裝上

他把我們的香裝在龍的嘴旁

謝謝您喔

當開始起龍的時候

住在樓上舊樓的住客

伸頭出窗外大叫

'火龍~~~~~~~ 火龍~~~~~~~~'

超搞笑

我喜歡大坑這個地方

我喜歡這個火龍盛會

謝謝各位義工

讓這件'非物質文化遺產' 繼續延續下去

原來今年已經是第 132 年了

為了支持本地居民賺些外快

買了一個龍頭燈籠

據前店後居的老闆說

是一位街坊設計

然後拿去內地做的

新發現

當看完戲或自慰後

靜坐都會不能集中

最近我在想

是否我該如他和 lady gaga 一樣

過 celibacy life?

回望 u, m, o 最近三個例子

以及過往的其他例子

passion 確實會帶來痛苦

但如果我對這種不愉悅的感受產生 aversion

為此而不再談戀愛

那也只是一種 aversion

唔......

但過份追求一份不由我控制的愛情

也是一種 craving

我想

應該不著兩邊

作為 householder

不用抗拒愛情而不拍拖結婚

也不用過份追求愛情

過份嚮往拍拖結婚的生活方式, 覺得無會死咁

兩者的 balance 位很難掌握

嘗試透過觀察每刻的身體感受

好好活在當下那刻的實相

and see what dhamma will manifest itself

說易行難

但這是最好的 resolution

別無其他更好的方法

let's experiment and see how it goes

passion

確實是我最大的學習課題

而 passion

according to the scriptures

是最難 deal with 的

hm....

will see

感受當然是不愉悅的

但你的處理手法

我朋友認為很少人能在這麼短時間內

很清晰的把它處理好

也不 take advantages of the other

同時把傷害減至最少

我的朋友非常欣賞你

一方面

我見到你的處理手法我覺得很高興

因為我知道內觀真的能把 impurities 從 root level eradicate

但另一方面

我很不開心

因為我知道我們真的沒可能

倘若你是一些宗教人士

我知道你還有可能被 passion overwhelm

但你學的是 vipassana

而且這樣 well developed

我知道

這方法只會令你的 passion 越來越薄

今天聽了一個 talk

那講者說 vipassana 會讓我們 change our habit that instinctively we don't really want to change

對

我們天生的 habit 便是 craving and aversion

出生後餓便哭

遇上愉悅的感受便笑

our addiction to body sensation

繼而產生 craving and aversion

addicted to passion, fear, anger, egotism, lust etc.

這 addiction 帶給我們痛苦

我們卻由於 habitually attached to it 而不願改變

即使我知道改變了是好的

對我的身心也充滿益處

過程卻辛苦到爆!!!!

我好像一個癮君子

正在戒毒中

好像真的能看到

戒毒期間流著眼水鼻水

瑟縮在一角顫抖的自己

過程真的非常異常辛苦

但根據過往的經驗

我相信所結出的果實是甜美的

這是一個 long term research project

有待驗證

深圳充滿 pollution, agitation, stress, heat

回家後一連兩天晚上靜坐都完全不能 concentrate

周身郁

只能 anapana

住在一個甚麼環境原來真的是會影響我們身體所生起的感受
