祝各位情人節快樂喔~~

眼看著 passion 一天天的減少

讓我記起朋友曾經告訴我不用擔心我的 passion 會那麼容易減少

因為我有的是大量的 passion

我卻認為這個方法的力量

即使我的 Passion 多

這方法都真的能 work on it amazingly

果然

不出所料

現在我的 passion 一天比一天減少了

一方面我覺得不捨得

我覺得恐懼

另一方面

我知道這其實在向著一個好的方法發展

vipassana 這方法

真的很厲害

它真的能幫助人去除不同的 craving

任何人士要戒煙, 戒毒, 戒賭等各項 addiction

都非常鼓勵去嘗試參加

我有一位朋友

他去了一個十天的課程

便戒掉了 16年的煙癮

不過

當中非常重要的是

不要抱著要去戒甚麼的心態

就當作是去學習一套非宗教的心靈運動

go as a clean slate

那會學得最好呢

what i have been going through in the last couple of months

is difficult to put it in words

it was tough

and it is still tough

but i know it is good

dunno

let's see.........

but i become more fearless now

and fearless brings me peace :))

嬸嬸拯救了一頭小唐狗女

才兩個月大

咱們給牠拍了照放上了 fb

非常感謝曾幫我們把 post share 出去的朋友

下午帖文後

大概五個小時後已收到一個十三歲的小妹妹電話

說希望領養

但我著她要先取父母同意

也說她可以來看看小狗

之後若十小時後

又收到一個電郵說希望領養

希望小狗會有一個美好的家吧

昨天晚上頭超疼

好像快要死掉似的

晚上靜坐時

突然出現今天中午時吃台灣大大雞排的回憶和感覺

然後更在靜坐中途跑到廁所嘔吐

實在

太奇怪了


有時候

我也會反覆思量著這是否邪教

但我所做的只是觀察身體自然感受和自然的呼吸

日常生活又明顯的變得更 empathetic

脾氣更好

對自己更坦白誠實

所以

我覺得應該不是吧

不過當中所感受到的

真的很奇怪

今天替一位希望當空姐的女孩補習應試技巧

她很 nice

雖然英語不太好

但加以練習

應該也有可能被聘用的

不過

我不知道她當上空姐是否真的一件好事
