一、形成性格的背景
普遍有被遺棄的經歷，總是帶著憂郁感，核心問題是缺失感和時常降低的自尊
在悲情浪漫者的成長經歷中，總是有被拋棄或者類似的經歷，或是父母離異，他們長期失去父愛或母愛；或是父母其中一方在他們生活中時而出現時而消失，他們因此而感到悲傷
在他們成年後，這種遺缺感也不會消失。他們因此若有所失，總是帶著憂郁感

二、外在表現
基本上，情緒總是處在兩極狀態：極度的抑鬱或極度的亢奮，因為他們傾向誇張自己的情緒，忽視真實的感覺。而且很敏感，情緒容易波動
經常認為自己受傷害，表現無助，卻拒絕接受他人幫助
對已經擁有的，只看到缺點；對那些遙不可及的，卻能看到優點。這種變化加強了被拋棄的感覺和缺失的感覺
當別人有危難或受苦時，會拋開自己的麻煩，全力支持
當遇到困境時，可能會情緒低落，甚至做出錯誤行為

三、處於安定和人格提升時
走向第一型，會變得冷靜而較為理性，做事有原則及客觀，而不會再受控於變化無常的情緒。

四、處於壓力和自我防衛時
走向第二型，會在感情道路上一意孤行，癡纏，任性，佔有慾強，會失落，抑鬱和行為反覆無常。

五、健康的特點
自覺、個性強、敏感性、同情心
創造力高，幻想力豐富
對別人的感受很靈敏
情感真摯，忠於自己的感受
表現自我

由於四號過分自我的性格，許多時候自小已不獲身邊的人認同，常被人批評任性，無紀律等。因慣於遭人否定，自我價值不高，會不信任自己，同時又覺別人並不了解自己，這種累積的怨憤一旦爆發出來，便不可收拾，因此，四號常有情緒化的表現
四號小孩很易哭，自覺不好時會躲在一角，想透過這種抽離吸引成人注意。若自小有習慣製造脆弱，長大後亦會自憐、放縱

自我抑制、自我折磨
嚴重沮喪，心情極差
自責，自卑，埋怨自己沒有用，憎恨自己至絕望地步，有尋死念頭，自覺已無生存價值，多數想自殺

"行政長官選舉的點票工作結束，梁振英以 689 票，當選新一屆行政長官。
唐英年在選舉中得到 285 票，何俊仁則獲得 76 票。

今次選舉有 1132 有效選票，梁振英得票率是 6 成 "

要記下歷史性一刻, 香港電台今天的報導

"民間選特首逾22萬人投票- 棄權票5成4

港大民意研計劃舉辦的特首選舉民間全民投票公布結果，共 22 萬 2 千 990 人投票，

其中 12 萬 1 千多人投棄權票，比例 54.6% 。
投票支持梁振英的有 17.8% ；
支持唐英年的 16.3% ；
投票給何俊仁的有 11.4% 。

民意研究計劃總監鍾庭耀說，投票人數比最初的目標高出很多。"

但今天得知他們的模擬選舉給黑客入侵

反而讓我覺得應該支持一下

我們已經沒有選自己特首的一票

為何連模擬一下舒發一下也不許?

原本不打算外出的我

weather is perfect today!!!!

was thinking not to go sailing as i hv caught a cold

but end up i feel bad to stand people up last minute

and my fd keep asking me to go

so i did go and it was a nice decision

first swim in 2012

nice beach nice weather nice people nice sun

and the sun has accelerated the healing of my cold

surprisingly

i feel much better now

but still

i should rest more

today is the bday of a guy that i like

but i dont think he likes me

guess i am too old for him....

hm.......
