我發現

原來我是一個要求自己在有限範圍內

盡全力做一件事的人

那事不一定會做得最好

但總覺得自己 have tried my best

那無論結果如何

那便算過得到自己了

但對於何謂盡全力

這倒是很 subjective 的

有人會覺得你已做得太多

有人卻會覺得你這樣做還算不上甚麼

所以

要好好建立自信

才不會被身邊人的各種意見

弄得無所適從

這課題

有時候我會想

如果真的有前世

我應該很有可能是一位 homeopath 或是一位曾用 homeopath 的病人

homeopath 雖源自德國

可能由於 quantitative science 的發展

把眾人的 attention 都放到 allopathy 去

也可能由於較落後封閉的國家

沒有如發展國家般大受西藥影響

所以現在最有名的 homeopath

都在印度, 巴基斯坦, 斯里蘭卡, 希臘, 默西哥等地

我向來都被人認為我長得像印巴籍人士

也有人覺得我像地中海的 mix

所以可能我真的曾 come into contact with homeopathy

it is a wild thought

unable to prove

it could just be my own imagination

but at the same time

we can't rule out these possibility that it could be true

after so many years

直到昨天晚上為止

總算成功 maintain daily practice 一年

one hour in the morning

one hour in the evening

雖然也有 3-4% 沒做到

但我也 consider 自己算 practice 了早晚一年

今天開始第二年

還有開始一年 celibacy 的生活 (not even self sex)

不知道能否做到

突然很希望能盡快跟他們見個面

還記得內地富豪魯連成在大浪西灣興建豪宅一事嗎?

當時遭到市民反對, 政府最後核准把大浪西灣列入 "發展審批地區草圖" , 把它劃為「非指定用途」地帶，除「農業用途」及經常准許的用途外，其他用途或發展均須向城規會取得規劃許可.

我想, 魯連成的豪它是屬於 "經常准許的用途" 吧! 否則為何他們還繼續興建豪宅呢? 生態持續受到破壞, 我們的所謂政制, 真的很不濟, 人民對於政府的影響力還是非常的有限.....

說到底, 我們真的應該爭取更多的權力去監察政府, 而普選確實是把權力下放, 還給市民的其中一種方法~

所以我支持普選或任何 empower citizen 的方案!!

魯連成真金白銀買了大浪西灣這土地, 並沒違法, 但他決定在這土地上大肆興建, 反映了他的無知和自我的膨脹, 這世界, 像他一樣的人多著, 我僅希望有更多人能接觸內觀這方法, 把 ego 去掉, 先利己, 再利他, 把這個世界變得更美好~
