聽到有兩位中學同學

一個上年年底結婚以後

今年三月患上抑鬱症

曾經想過自殺

另外一位患上腸癌已經幾年

最近再度入院

情況不樂觀


人生

真的無常

今天跟七嬸和姑仔去了一日禪

由於她們是第一次接觸禪

不知道她們會否覺得很悶呢?


我也太久沒坐禪

特別是午飯後

一直在打瞌睡



今天 joe 叫我當其中一位 yoga 示範員

但是我卻錯漏百出

應該轉左我卻轉右

甚至有一個動作完全做不到

當時覺得好 'nor'

樣衰到爆

但是 joe 叫大家留意自己做這動作時

是否已有一些情緒

我們可以接受這些情緒嗎?



這提醒了我

讓我留意到我不滿自己的情緒

留意到有 embarrass 的情緒

有點點埋怨 joe 的情緒

也有覺得對不起 joe 的情緒

當我 aware 這些情緒的時候

我笑了

看著這雙拿不起的腳

我一面微笑

一面嘗試


我想

除了示範 yoga 的動作外

就讓我示範修習 yoga 的態度

這算自我安慰嗎?

由於坐的位置

所以近幾天都沒有寫日記

回到家又很夜


今天買了 MEZAIK 雙眼皮線

好 work 喔!


哥哥今天會考放榜

好像很差

姑姐提醒我們要 put ourselves in the other shoes

將心比己

叫我們不要問起哥哥的成績

我想

從這事反而可以看到姑姐本人的喜好

anyway

這都是一個很好的 reminder

其實

看見哥哥在考試期間打機睡覺

他自己都說預了 repeat

一切都在 expectation 內

七叔跟七嬸都一早知道了

但是當事實來到的時候

仍然是很不開心

七叔說 "無哂心機"

我好像都沒有聽過七叔說這種話

我想

他們倆都好難受

希望他們可以舒服一點吧!

不知道哥哥感不感覺得到他父母的傷心呢?



說到底

還是 expectation 的問題吧!

希望的東西

不一定會發生

但是不等於不努力啊!

近兩天要坐到 veronica 的位置工作

原來她的位置會感到很大的壓力

因為小蜜蜂會看到

而且我跟 veronica 都發現他今天開始步行沒有了聲音

才發現原來在葵青劇院舉行
