觀光vs旅遊


「細說名城」芬蘭特輯裡面,
邵家臻一開始就提出了『觀光』和『旅遊』是兩個層次~~

" 觀光是一些視覺上既消費活動,
主要是欣賞名勝,影相留念,購物等活動...
但是旅遊就唔同喇~
旅遊是另一個層次,
是一種尋找差異既經歷,
與當地人互相交流,
感受下佢地既風土人情,
得到一些另類的滿足感..........."

嘩...簡直係講晒我既心聲出黎呀!!

倒霉的四月+祝一路順風


今年既四月份
我覺得係我近年來最黑仔既一個壽星月...頭頭碰著黑.......!!!
昨晚臨收工竟然收到一個好demanding既客~
佢打黎其實就想要d包裝物料既~~
要d印左佢地公司名同地址果d喎.......
但係佢就千叮萬囑唔好打錯,
因為之前佢拎過, 不過我地打錯佢d資料.....
佢地之後要人手逐份改改得好辛苦喎~~
所以今次千祈唔可以錯wor.........

咁佢又趕著要...我唯有拿拿聲拎出去俾人打啦~~
(呢項工作就係由我地既reception負責既)
之後即刻趕去補習!

點知..第二日返黎...(咁巧合我又返夜喎,成十點三先至返到公司)
見到檯頭放著昨晚果兩張printout
其中一張....佢話睇唔到個收件地址喎!!
呀~~果陣已經十點半,男仔就快會收件架喇~~
我咪即刻出去同佢講囉(我又睇得出喎......=____+)
跟住我睇埋印好左果d....
發現電話好似錯左喎.....唉.....大鑊喇.....
打俾個客..佢話 "一係你幫我改囉"........
有點無奈....不過唯有照做....
同事特登幫我趕印, 跟手即刻入袋下晝派囉~

不過.....唉...........
下午三點鐘..個客又打過黎.......
因為之前果疊我無睇清楚...
所以有幾處打錯左...
我又要即刻走出去同RECEPTION講...
擾攘左成日...印左成三百份...
終於印左一百二十份合佢要求既....
但係之前已經用手幫佢改晒電話果d...就冇用囉...嗚 :-(

久別重 "談"


昨晚同一位大學同學仔傾msn.......
真係忽然覺得好爽呀~~
自己潛水潛左成個大學,我真的覺得,
如果連果少少值得珍惜既野都唔去爭取既話,
我覺得..好好好可惜囉..............

已經失去左唔知幾多次,
所以今次無論如何都要好好珍惜呢份友情~~~~~~~~~~~~~

星期五補習之呆等半小時


今晚放工後要去補習
本身約好左係七點半既.......
我放左工仲拿拿淋雞咁腳走去趕巴士~
因為唔想太晏阻住佢屋企人嘛........
點知坐車途中收到佢電話,
話要七點半後先至得喎...
我咪唯有係佢樓下慢慢逛陣先囉....
等到七點半,雖然打佢電話都係冇人聽,
不過都照樣上左去佢屋企先啦~~
點知......一等就等左四個字...等到七點十......
返左成個星期工之後仲要呆等.....
唉.....霉足一星期...............

繼續黑仔之麻煩事一籮籮


之前果兩日就瘀到爆........
今日就轉番做黑仔一族....樣衰到爆>...<
話說我今朝返工本來相安無事...
點知就收到一位葉小姐既來電,
佢話因為陰差陽錯,收多左幾箱未可以寄既貨件.......
本來退番俾佢咪得囉,
不過弊在佢個單係重貨,成300公斤,
我地係叫agent收件架,之後直接送入機場........
咁樣如果要return就要通知機場掃把搵番d貨出黎再另外安排....
最衰就係....agent要收番我地錢.......成三百蚊喎...個客嗌晒救命~~~
又要問番機場d貨到左未.......
剩係打電話都唔知打左幾多個,
又要搵個客既sales,睇下可唔可以幫手waive筆錢,
攪左成大半日......
終於都settle晒,sales幫手waive錢,
機場掃把幫我mark住果四箱貨,
呢單野先至叫做告一段落........
唉....不過都已經煩到我冇時間聽call...
我只聽左104個call, 但另一方面打電話既數目都已經有61個喇.............
完全無話可說.............+_________=

今日中午終於去左拎智能身分證~~
唔知點解自己咁樣衰,
一開始個職員已經大大聲咁讀錯我個名做『彭婉好』...=____+"
雖然冇其他人等緊,
不過其他職員都聽到晒...............
我感覺到其他職員想笑囉......
